New Guy Looking for Advice

I'm sure you guys get this all the time, but hopefully this is something a little different.

A little background, I have been lifting for a few years, but never really took it seriously until the last month or so. I talked to a friend, who has been into it for around 5 years now and takes it pretty serious, and he recommended these supplements: Sizeon and Anadraulic state. He is telling me to take these along with BCAA's, Glutamine, and Protein like I do now. My question is, is he right? I am 6'0 and weigh around 230 lbs. I have been pretty lazy this last winter and gained a good amount of weight. I want to gain a little more muscle and then cut down from May until about July/August.

Should I take something else? Basically for dosing schedule he told me AS preworkout, Sizeon during, Glutamine/BCAA/Protein after, and a protein shake mid morning. I'm no expert, but I just feel like something is missing. Thanks in advance guys.

you should take steroids. Yeah do it.... do it. lol j/j. No but that sounds good. Protein you should pretty much take through out the entire day from the time u wake till u go to bed. every 2-3 hrs is ideal. except of course when u r eating real meals, unless they contain no protein. and Of course train hard, train like working out is going out of style tomorrow! So just think that way every time you work out. be like... oh crap i gotta work out really hard today cause tomorrow its gonna be out of style!

funny...by the way IT WILL NEVER GO OUT OF STYLE! But yea sounds like you have some solid products lined up, i've never takin' anadraulic state but heard it is good. Me personally i get ALOT of my protein from whole foods. But i love food too so thats just me. But just put out 100% everytime you workout and you will be seeing great results.

Thanks for the responses guys. I do take protein throughout the day in meals and drink a lot of water. I was just thinking something was missing, but that shows how much I know.

I use Iso Pure Zero Carb...
No sugar. No Fat.
50 gms of pure protein. With skim millk...

I have a bud who plays div.1-aa football for the local university. I was talking supps with him the other day and he said his team is all on "sizeon" and that it is the most hardcore stuff on the market that "won't make you sterile". He continued to say, "if the football team gets tested they will all fail" because of it (sizeon). I had to LOL myself. That creatine must be some intense stuff man.

Sizeon's overpriced for what you get, but it's tasty. You'd be better off going with bulk hydrolysate, BC+EAA or bulk BCAAs. Anadraulic state rocks.
It is tasty, but tastes really sugary. I have to keep watering it down to drink it all.

Welcome, try looking into the Alpha-T2 and Oxy stack.

size on does work, but creatine mono will save you money and u will have it alot longer so u can use it more. also, iso mass (protein) is a great protein powder. i mix one scoop of it into my homemade weight gainer and im doing good.

I actually took the gaspari monster mass stack-minus the h-drol. I gotta say. I truly enjoyed the size-on. Its just, now i dont have a job, and money is tight, that shiz is expensive. But a solid product IMO. The one downside to taking intra workout supps, threw up a couple of times. Too much substance in my stomach. The last week, I just took it post w/o and felt fine. Up to you though man, like I said good product, I just cant workout with all that jazz in my stomach.

add BCAA to your sizeon and keep it away from protein sources, that is asuming u have sizeon v1 not v2, BCAA works much better by themselves because they act differently when ingested with whole proteins... so keep that in mind you seem o have most bases covered, adequate protein, BCAA creatine, preworkout if needed

My two cents:

I will go with Primordial Performance back to the basic stack ( that is what I am calling it)
Crepure Mono Bulk
MAP ( Maximum Absorbed Protein )
IBCAA

I am not a rep for PP but Right now I am using the above Product plus Toco-8 and Endoamp... The best basic supp for lefting no BS just What you need Pure and simple.. Cheak them out...

That^^. Plain and simple. Plus its cheap and will last you a long time, so you can instead spend that money on more oatmeal.
