a little further update, back feels much better. Tuesdays are my non-lifting day, however I did hit cardio well this am.

1. I am noticing an increase in nighttime urination. Actually 2 times per night.
2. A tad more forehead acne
3. Full body pumps are constant
4. Greater arm vascularity_ seems to be increasing daily
Nice workout, I like it. By the way so you done have to put in an out on the hip exercises, the in to out are Leg Abductors, and the out to in are Leg Adductors. I remember this by Abduct meaning take away and add to being being bring something into.Just got back from what I like to call my leg accessory day. Have to admit to being a tad tired, but as I got into it, I started really getting more and more awake
Hip Abduction out (5 sets) 90lbs
Hib abduction in (5 sets) 90lbs
Back Squats (6 sets) 225lbs 12 reps
Leg extensions (5 sets) 150lbs
Standing calf raises (8 sets) 2 giant sets, 4 weights no rest
Seated Calf Raises (5 sets) 2 45's each side
The day is more focused on hitting a variety of different parts of the legs that dont normally get work.
Mood - Was tired but really started to wake up.
Strength - Not a focuse of the day, but felt strong for what I was doing.
Weight - Weighed in this afternoon at 206. Now, I am not sure how to analyze this, as it was after a full day of eating, etc..
Endurance -Kept going fairly well considering how tired I was.
Aggression - No issue here at all
Sides -Nothing of note as of yet
Libido -Still rolling in this department without hesitation.
Concerns: nothing yet at all

This is something to consider that may help with the urination at night if related to the product, but will definitely help with keeping your natural test levels higher on an oral androgen. Take your second dose earlier in the afternoon between 3-5:00PM. Your body checks levels of androgens and then produces most of it's testosterone at night so if you take the doses farther away from bedtime you are probably going to experience less shutdown.Is it possible you're just taking in more water than normal before bed? - I'm not at all trying to discredit the side effect, but I know that if I drink any additional water at night I have to wake up to go.
For sure! I moved away from the 3x/day dosing of oral hormones about two years ago. Recovery/PCT goes much smoother when you only dose 2x/day (Morning/Early Evening), and sleep goes rather unaffected. There is merit to both dosing protocols. It's really up to you.that is interesting. I was dosing at 3x per Eric, however, if the thought is that 2x would be better, I am all for it.
The urination issue got even more today. I was off from work, so I was out running errands and as I left one store I went, and drove across the parking lot to another store and had to go about 15 minutes after arriving. Kinda funny
There is one other positive side I will mention later, as I am leaving for the gym in 5 minutes
I will see how it goes at 2,2,2. If the late night urination becomes an issue, I will alter it to 3,3There is merit to both dosing protocols. It's really up to you.
