ugh ok well, I have been working stupid hours, not being able to eat much, thats why my weights lower, also my right shoulder was a bit sore this morning, then the round I did on the heavy bag killed my shoulder. It really sucks and it's depressing, I did 1 round of grappling tonight and my shoulder was killing :S
Def blows, I'm gonna do cardio, legs and abs, hopefully my shoulder is 100% so I can do grappling in the morning and at night, that would be sweet. Fingers crossed!

ugh my new Job keeps calling me for shifts out of no where, I had to work yesterday so I was only able to train once(Day20 will post soon) and I almost had to do another 8 hour shift right after my shift, thank God they never ended up needing me, or todays workouts would have sucked lolDam. . 2 hrs of sleep. . thats rough mang!! supplements affecting your sleep?? maybe some R & R. . .will help that. . . hmmmm. . .with that being said the sustain alpha?? how it taste?

Good day!, so happy I curled 135lbs 10 reps, when I was injured 7 months ago and started back I thought I would never beat my PR of 7 reps again, I got pretty damn thin from not being able to do weights for a 10 months.
