Tomorrow will be a week since the order, and I’m going to assume it was lost before it was even at usps.
I work for a logistics company so I know how easy it is for a package to get lost and kind of set aside and forgotten about.
Because of the timing, this was my third straight purchase in a row of ultra Epi/ ultra eleven to continue my cycle, but I had it set up for just as I was running out, to which now I will run out before I receive more.
If their is a rep available, if it has to reship I would rather just cancel the order.
