DAY 39:

Off day today, which is much needed. So my illness that I was fighting was a stomach virus, along with laryngitis. FML, of course it would happen on cycle. I knew things were bad when I couldn't eat and was constantly nauseated. Have some medication and off from work the next 5 days. But still will hit the gym as scheduled. That's a motha fukin given!!

Hell yeah. My logic is always that the gym will help kick the sickness.

DAY 43

So I felt fully recovered from my illness last week. Bad part about it all, did not have an appetite, so I was not in taking a lot of calories. Over the weekend I was feeling very thin aroumd the waist. But still kind of fulll in the upper body. Not like being on Trest full, but just good. So I knew my weight had dropped. I woke this morning and my abs were popping while just standing in front of the mirror. My weight was 203 lbs. That's -2 lbs. from last week. I must say this combo of Diabolix and Androvar is awesome.

Chest/Back:

A. 60 Degree Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
B. Machine Pec Deck: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16
C. 30 Degree Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 13, 10, 7 w/ DS, 16

I2. Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12, 10, 8

DAY: 49

Off today from work and the gym. Very much needed, because I've been working a ton of hours. Our department is extremely low on manpower. As far as training goes. I must say, putting Diabolix at the end of the cycle was a great decision. It's keeping me dry and vascular. While still increasing strength. I have to say, 90 mgs is where its at with Diabolix. I had to increase my carbs this week because I could not maintain fullness. I noticed that my body burns through so much glycogen that I can hardly stay full. Diabolix with Androvar is phenomenal. Pretty excited to see what my weight is tomorrow. I'm feeling fuller, but by the judge of the mirror, I'm maintaining the same condition. Will definitely be on top of updates this coming week due to it being my last week.

DAY 50:

Woke up today and weighed 204 lbs. I'm really starting to lean out in the waist. I'm remaining full and vascular. My strength has increased, which is really nice. I was worried that I would lose a good bit when I switched from Msten to Diabolix. But, it seems as though running Diabolix at 90 mgs. has kept me going strong.

Chest/Back:

A. 60 Degree Incline DB Press: 6 sets of 16, 13, 10, 7, 13, 16
B. Machine Pec Deck: 6 sets of 18, 15, 12, 9, 18, 21

Notes: Had about 2 dozen holiday cookies last night at work. Pretty much said screw it. I've been really strict and I felt as though I deserved it. Woke up this morning very bloated and visibly retaining water. No worries, it'll come off. Felt great during the whole workout, which is due to all the cookies I ate, lol. Focused on a ton of volume and pushing as much blood into my quads as possible. It was a success, because I could barely walk down my gym steps.

DAY 53:

Off day from the gym. Woke up this morning very lean. The veins in my lower abs were poppin'. It's most likely due to me not hitting my macros yesterday. I was probably 700 calories less. I went out to dinner with the girlfriend and spent all evening with her. Which means not enough eating. No worries, because I still like to enjoy and live my life. I'll just eat a little extra tomorrow.

Have a good New Years Eve and stay safe!

Nice work so far. Dedication to training is always where it's at!

On a side note, it seems that you have gotten so big that you've managed to smoosh 2 days into 1 with your arms! Good work.

PCT: Day 1

Woke up this morning at approx. 205 lbs. Weight is the same since last week. With that being said, I put on a good and solid 8 lbs. during the cycle. I am very pleased with the outcome. My condition is exactly the same. My legs are fuller, shoulders are wider and mid back is thicker. Some might think that 8 lbs. is not a lot. But I'm retaining ZERO water weight. Which was my main goal towards the end of the cycle. A lot of guys will put on 10-20 lbs. during a cycle and a good amount of that is water weight and glycogen retention.

Chest/Back:

A. Hammer Strength Incline Press: 6 sets of 13, 10, 7, 10, 13, 16
B1. Machine Incline Press: 4 sets of 18, 15, 12, 9
B2. Slight Incline DB Fly: 4 sets of 10
C1. Slight Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 10
C2. Machine Pec Deck: 4 sets of 18, 15, 12, 9
D. Push-Ups: 2 sets to Failure
E1. Close Grip Pulldown: 4 sets of 10
E2. Machine Wide Grip Pulldown: 4 sets of 10
E3. Machine Close Grip Row: 4 sets of 10

Notes: Workout was great. Had a ton of energy and I want to contribute that to now using OL Conquer. Special shout out to my boy yates84 for recommending the product.

E1. Machine Seated Leg Curl: 4 sets of 16, 14, 12, 10
E2. DB SLDL: 4 sets of 10

Notes: So I started my new work schedule of day shifts and I thought with working out in the evening that I would be tired and struggling. But, it has not been the case. I actually added a small carb meal pre-workout, which is a scoop of protein, one greek yogurt cup, a cup of blueberries and 1/2 a cup of dry oats. This has me feeling great, pumped and full during my workouts. Plus, I can't speak highly enough on how OL Conquer is making me feel during my workouts

PCT Day 10:

Sorry for the lack of updates guys, this new work schedule leaves me very little personal time. I'm up at 4:30 am and work from 6 am - 2pm. Pick my daughter up from daycare at 3 pm. Spend time with her before we go to the at 6:30 pm. Workout from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. Come home and give her a bath and put her to bed. Than I eat my last meal, and once done, I prep my meals for the next day. Than it's off to bed around 10:30 pm. Wake up and start it all over again. My weight on Day 8 of PCT was 205 lbs. which is the same as Day 1. Feel as full, hard and vascular. It's all about staying on course and remaining focused.

Shoulders/Arms

What's going on everyone? So I finished up PCT on Monday, 2/1/16. Overall I felt great throughout and my weight fluctuated between 203-205 lbs. My lifts remained the same with no strength drop off. I feel great, but I know my body, and I'm still not 100% on where i want to be. No worries, just a little more down time which is never a bad thing. So everyone is aware, I did develop a slight case of gyno. But with the help of yates84 I've been good to go on controlling it. Had a doctor's appt on Monday for a physical and to schedule blood work. Laid it on thick to my doctor to possibly be placed on TRT. He laughed at me and advised me to wait and see what my blood work looks like. Having the blood work done today

Alright gentlemen, so I received my test results from my blood work yesterday. My test was a little low on the normal range. Sat down with my doctor and decided to give it a little bit longer before we take any other measures. We thought that maybe my body just isn't coming back to normal after such a long run of SARMS and PHs. Not going to freak out. It just means that I'm on a longer off time. Going to continue to train as I always do. Try to keep my stress in my life down, good luck with that, lol. Which means cortisol levels will be down.

you could always try something like plain and simple LJ100 and Reduce XT at 1/2 dose to help the process along? Just thoughts. Is there anything you have plans on taking during your off time or just off everything?
