Current goals: Bulk to 210 as relatively clean as possible (stay within 1-2% BF)



Training Style: 5-6 days a week, high volume high intensity no real rhyme or reason to anything but I train my body to total exhaustion almost every day have been for past few months and have yet to get burned out not worried about it since nutrition is on point.



Nutrition Style: 3300-3500 calories a day atm, I usually aim for and achieve around 240-250g of protein a day with the rest falling into place.
