I had a knarley pump! My triceps were full, all seperation i had, blurred out. I can feel strength slowly creeping up as well, think everythings finally begining to kick in (maybe).
Diets still on point, instead of my nightly salad, steak, rice and sandwhich, the wifey and i went to longhorns steakhouse. I demolished some rainbow trout topped with crab and shrimp, and ofcourse that bread they serve... it was amazing lol
