Weight = 169 (+4.5)

Weight still slowly creeping up. Abs are showing more and more which tells me its good weight still!

Hit chest/tris and capped it with cardio/abs. Had an amazing work out for sure. Really felt stronger then last weeks work out although I did burn out at the end. Had to switch it up because it seems everyone and there 14 year old son(literally) does chest day on tuesday...

Incline bench
1x12 155, 1x10 165, 1x8 175, 1x185 6(PR reps), 1x190 3 was trying for 3-4 on the 185 and just kept going!

Bench press
1x 10 175, 1x8 185, 1x7 195, 1x5 200

Close grip bench
2x10 135, 1x9 140, 1x8 145, 1x6 155

Cable fly's (Just started these last week, weight is per arm)
2x10 22.5, 2x8 27.5, 1x5 30, 1x8 22.5

Triceps pulldown
1x15 67.5, 1x12 75, 2x10 82.5, 1x12 75

Dips
BWx12, BWx10 Really felt my chest starting to burn out here so I quit and didn't do with weight added

Cardio was 25 minutes for 295 calories on incline speed walk/jog

Abs consisted of 15 minutes between leg lifts and ab coaster, back pumps started to get me on the coaster.

Diet will be clean today after a carb up yesterday. Will aim for less then 125 carbs for the day.

Thanks man, really felt good today. The hdrol will be putting me on cloud nine here real quick. I get a good feeling on this sh1t for some reason, nothing like the feeling I get on mdrol.

Nvr tried hdrol before but heard really good for lean gains...bro you gonna be huge and ripped at the same time...keep it up bro...can't wait for next progress pics :)

Nvr tried hdrol before but heard really good for lean gains...bro you gonna be huge and ripped at the same time...keep it up bro...can't wait for next progress pics :)
The good thing about hdrol is that you can ramp the dosage up and the sides don't seem to get any worse but the benefirts increase.

Day 17

Weight= 168 (+3.5)

Woke up feeling very sore and lethargic. Wasn't really in the mood to do anything but got around cooked up a bunch of chicken and went in for leg day.

Leg press

Leg curl

Hit 12 mins on elliptical for 145 calories and got out. Too drained today to keep going, was happy with the PR for sure though. Diet was in check yesterday and will be today too. Will do a carb up thursday and Friday and then cut back starting Saturday to prepare for pics.

Going to up the dhea dose a bit and make sure I get some more sleep tonight to fight this drained feeling!

Been slacking on updating on diet so I'll lay out yesterday and today.

Yesterday:
2 scoops whey, 1% milk, greek yogurt
10 ounce steak, 1 cup fat free cheese, salted peanuts
1 cup oats, 2 tablespoon natty pb
10 ounce steak, greek yogurt
2 scoops whey, 1 % milk, 1 scoop natty pb

1 1/2 gallons of water


Today:
1 garlic chicken breast, 1 cup fat free cheese
2 scoops whey, 1% milk, greek yogurt
3 eggs, 1 piece whole wheat bread, 3 pieces of turkey bacon
1 cut up chicken breast in a salad with 2 servings of light ranch
salted peanuts, 2 scoops whey, 1 percent milk
1 packet of tuna fish with just a small serving of mayo

1 1/2 gallons of water

Front DB lateral raises

Hanging leg lifts and weighted sit-ups for 15 minutes and finished with 10 mins on the stair stepper.

Energy and endurance were through the roof. Felt as if I could have done more but I Didn't want to over do it.

Weight= 168.5 (+4) completely shocked that this isn't jumping. Calories were insane for me yesterday. Diet was clean for a carb day though. On a positive note I think the weight I have gained will be easy to hold on to as I'm holding very minimal bloat. I say a solid recomp going on but it is just odd that 5aohp/Mdrol/Hdrol is not making my weight skyrocket, guess it means I'm doing it right this time. Much rather gain less and keep it then gain a lot and lose it.

Arm day, woke up a bit sore from yesterday's workout but by the time I went in I was ready to rock! I list my supplementing from wake to gym as I haven't really covered that yet:

2 scoops whey, 1 percent milk, greek yogurt

Day 19

1 piece whole wheat bread, 2 TBS natty pb, greek yogurt
1/2 lb ground sirloin with brown rice, 2 scoops iForce vanilla mint whey, 1 percent milk (YUM BTW)
10 oz sirloin, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, greek yogurt
3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 3 piece turkey bacon, 1 slice whole wheat
will be more but only half way through my day (third shift)

Took some practice pics with better lighting then my normal ones and my god the changes should be great for this weeks update pics..... Cant wait! As you can see I've stepped up my calorie intake while keeping carbs decent.

Good stuff LTL, what was the lighting situation you used there? That was just about perfect, you are plenty bright and that background well actually in the back ground dark and faded out.

Looking good man nice improvements.

Thanks Kleen, yea I was toying with a few different spots and I found the perfect spot to emphasis the cuts. I have a large kitchen that connects to my living room and dining room. The lights were off behind and I have the perfect lighting in my kitchen. Toyed with it a few months ago it only works if it's pretty dark outside though lol

Cool, as you can see I have been trying to find a decent spot. My computer room is great for my upper body shots only but not enough room for the full length shots.
