Great updates bro!! Surprise you haven't gained much weight I thought....but still ur lifts looks strong!!! Keep it up my brother!!!! :)
It happens man, my body seems to get used to compounds too quickly. On Hdrol I see the most of my gains in week 2-3 and then nothin but stable for the last few weeks. With Mdrol it seems lil from 3-9 I see gains then boom nothing as far as scale goes. I'm hopeful still with 5aohp and Hdrol. If anything the recomp I will endure will be insane! I can see I've lost at least a percent of body fat since day one while adding 2 lbs!

Alright, today was a full blown build day! Carbs were up and after the shoulder I skipped cardio. Had chopped up garlic chicken with pasta and even had a few sandwiches today. I'd say carbs were around 325 for the day which is way higher then normal for me. If this helps a bit I may cut down to a strict schedule like burn/build days. At this point all my days have included cardio and relatively low carb intake so we will see... Think the Hawthorne is helping tremendously even with adding the Hdrol I have no headaches at all! Back pumps have flared all day though so I'm poppin taurine like crazy and going on 2 and 1/2 gallons of water.

Bi's/tris today. Definitely looked full and pumped but felt a bit puffy from yesterday's carb up. Funny how I'm so used to being dry that I actually hate the carbed feeling now.

Alright here's a quick update as I sit bored making double time at work.

Definitely feeling the carb increase big time and people are noticing the change too. Been told about three times today man your blowing up lol! Tell them yup just started my lean bulk after my cut! Haha! Chest is pumped at all times and I have that full upper body soreness from growth that I feel every time I get in the heart of a cycle. Tomorrow is pic day for me so I will be cutting up in the gym. I had back and quads on te schedule but instead I'll just do cardio with abs and a quick full body workout just enough together a pump nothing that strenuous.

On a better note the addition of Hdrol isn't presenting a huge problem sides wise! Just the pumps I mentioned. Actually makes it tempting to hop to 30 mg Mdrol but I'm not going to. :).

Can't wait for pics! Should be pretty good this week.

Hit the treadmill for 33 minutes and a 400 calorie burn and then completed a few low weight full body circuit workouts, this was mainly just to get a good pump for pictures. I killed it though walked out of the gym cut the fock up, get home and what do you know my girl took the camera to her mom's for their dinner. WTF! Waiting on her now. Pics should be good but like I mentioned I'm feeling a good amount of bloat right now so I will definitely work on cutting up a bit more this next few days. I think next week I will carb up more on thurs/fri then use saturday as clean up sunday as maintenance to ensure I'm a bit more dry for the pics. We will see what happens.

Since I really didn't stress my muscles earlier I'm going to go in for some back/quad work, it's still my day 14 bc of being on third shift and I haven't slept since my last workout. Will try to update with pics after.

I am going to have to take mine tonight. I woke up late this morning. I did do my body fat and a weight measurement. BIG CHANGES IN MUSCLE MASS!!!!

Yeah, I already knew I was going to be eating a little more this weekend. I actually planned as of last week to have an "anabolic week" of eating this week. My pics will look like I am big as hell and holding a little water but my abs are still there.

Day 14 (Second workout)

Weight=168.5 (+4)

Went in and did a back/ham workout. Will quickly update as I'm dead tired at this point. I did deads, hack squats, bent over rows, leg curls and a few others with a 200 calorie burn on the elliptical to cap it off. Even with the 2 a day today I couldn't clean up as much as I wanted to but oh well. Will definitely go about it differently for next week! :)

Thanks man, I'm thinking it could have been a bit cleaner. I wish I could have taken them earlier. Will just keep my diet a bit more strict carb wise on Saturday and Sunday to avoid holding as much. The vascularity and definition I see when I'm dry just can't be seen on the pics I've been taking.

No, I don't think any of us are seeing the same things in the pics we can see in the mirror. Of course we can move around in a mirror to let the light catch everything favorably. Can't really do that in a still pic. I wouldn't say you look bad I mean to me there is not any noticeable bloat. I am curious what I will look like as of this evening. I am hoping some of the water will come off but if not that is fine too. This is only one picture out of several sets. Don't have to peak for it or anything.

Yea, going to get dried up a bit more next week to show more ab definition. I critic everything and thought I made more progress then I did honestly. In any case I've made some good changes in two weeks and the hdrol hasn't even kicked in yet so this will be fun! Thanks for the feedback!

Looking great bro, what Kleen was saying is sooo sooo true, I mean we I know just how to make myself look the best when looking in the mirror, if I turn my bathroom light on and stand just outside my bathroom in my bedroom where it is not lit, it makes for some awesome shadowing and I look at least 2% leaner, something that never... ever shows up in my picts, LoL! No worries, we still got 6 more weeks bro, I promise you will look so much better in pictures by then as compared to what you are seeing in the mirror now, you will be amazed, just do what I preach always and forever "Consistency...consistency...consistency!"
