That is pretty light for my preachers, when I start with bis I hit either 100 or 105 for 5. I thought it was good after hitting a few intense back sets though. In any case stay tuned the weight will get insane soon on the lifts. That's a promise! ;-)That's a full throttle 60m there. Nice. Heavy preachers with the 90.

Back/biceps. Great workout but went a bit heavy right off the bat with bent over row and it forced me to take some of my lifts lighter then I could have gone. It seemed to work to my advantage though as it created a pump that was unreal and veins appeared very thick and prominent all over my body. Weight is still up 6 lbs which doesn't surprise me due to consuming about a gallon and a half of water a day as well as 300+ carbs for nearly a week.

If you followed any of my logs that is double the usual. Some days were well over 400 I just haven't hit below 300 in that amount of time. This was coming off of 14 days where I may have had two days over 150. ;-)300 grams of carbs is nothing.. lol
