CRAZY pump towards the end of shoulders, actually painful haha
I had to sit in the locker room for a few minutes before I could make my way out to the car because there was no way I was gonna be able to turn the steering wheel.
Sleep issues continue, it wasn't as hot the last 2 nights but I still wake up 2-3 times in the middle of the night and then roll around from 6-830 in and out of sleep.
Lethargy has been minimal since stano has been at 900, wish I started the stano at 900 BUT this cycle was already expensive enough!
Forgot to mention a few days ago but I think Im noticing a little atrophy, but the clomid and PCT should kick the boys back into action.
However, even though im shut down I have not noticed any sexual sides, maybe a little less drive but no performance issues.

I wasn't planning on doing a detailed log but I may do a final review/results.
Yes, I'm keeping the Tren Elite low because of The Dienazone. They are similar products but the the Dienazone is transdermal so the bioavailability is supposedly much higher. I'm trying to recomp for this run. Looking at my physique it appears that I have already lost about 1% bodyfat. I've been following a diet recommended to me by an IFBB pro at my gym.

There were burgers and hot dogs... Grabbed a few burger pattys with no bread and some onions
Did go a little heavy on the chicken quesadillas though

Great job on this cycle. I pulled 320 deadlift for 10 reps and felt like I could have done at least 2 more but my gf urged me to stop because she was worried I would get hurt. haha. I usually only do 275 or 280 for reps. I am loving the Tren Elite/ Dienazone!

been taking arimidex for the last 7-8 days 1mg for the first 3 days then .5 EOD, helped with the bloating
weight up to 235lbs, the bulk wasn't as lean as I intended!!! BUT if I can reach my goal of 245-250 by Mid-April 2014 then I can cut for a show in august 2014
feeling really tight all the time, getting muscle bound bros! like that's a bad thing haha

Thanks... Gained more fat than I wanted but the strength gains and size gains that came with it make it fine with me

Got 2 days left of tren, 1 day left of stano, and plenty of epi

1.Will start Clomid , endosurge, DAA pct when the tren runs out
2. Will cut the arimidex to E3D for then next 9 days of pct and then will switch to a low dose of erase and ramp up inverse to the clomid

I don't know any bodybuilder that would turn down muscle gain just because of a little added fat. Great cycle, great workouts, great log! You definitely motivated me to hit the tren/tvar/dienazone hard! The carb cycle you introduced me to has worked to cut down on the bloat and I'm seeing the muscles pop again! I'll probably jump back into carb mode though as I don't want to hinder any gains.

Since I'm leaving in 1 week I've been cleaning out drawers and tossing old clothes to goodwill and found an old supplement stash

Found a bottle of nolva, but that's 2.5 years old now
Can't take it on the plane, but should I use it for the first week of pct?

one worry about nolva was its progestin issues, especially since ive been running trenavar, ill double up on the Inhibit-P and P-5-P the first week of PCT with the nolva
ill prob use it at about 1.5ml (25mg/ml)= 37.5mg, but like you said its old and its potency is probably shot but as I taper off the arimidex I used for bloat/estro sides it should help prevent any rebound until I start the Erase

PCT
still plan on:
1. RC liquid clomid @ 100mg for the first 5-7 days, then script Clomid 50/25/25 or 12.5
2. expired nolva @ 37.5mg for 1 week
3. start Erase in week 2 and will taper as I feel necessary, maybe -/2/3/2/2
4. Endosurge and DAA for 4 weeks
5. will throw in some Natural-T (herbal test booster) towards the end of Endosurge, maybe overlap by a week

Sorry I've been away, packing and saying bye to family and things.

Last day at 100 clomid tomorrow, moving to 50
Last nolva dose tomorrow morning

Hit good shoulders the other day.. 100 lbs dbell for 2 sets for 10 and 8... Strength is still there

Got a long flight tomorrow.. Can't wait to get it over with and get into a routine
