Yesterday I benched.

Got 185 for 4x4 (weak as ****)
Also trying to improve my form since I feel it's less than proficient... For PL at least.

My tricep really started to ache after benching, so I went kinda easy on incline DB and other accessory work.

I'm really hoping to hit 225 for 3 by the end of the cycle.

Today is a rest day.

Tomorrow is deadlift/back day

Should be fun

Why didn't you fix your form before running the cycle?
So you could focus on maximum gains.

You don't need steroids to work on form lol

4 days ago I deadlifted.

No PRs

3 days ago I did shoulders/traps/arms

Honestly wasn't really paying attention to numbers, was just focusing on how my muscles felt and lifted according to that.

Today I squatted

Didn't hit any PRs but this is because I really fixed my form, so I couldn't just half goodmorning that **** up lmao.
I felt really good tho.
No joint pain.

Still the same sides effects.
Acne is clearing up.
BP is stable.
Atrophy isn't bad.

I been kinda binge eating the past could days and I'm at like 144lbs now.

Feeling a bit fatter from before lol.

Already in week 5 and I honestly feel like I haven't gained anything crazy or extraordinary from this cycle.

I've gotten a little bit stronger/bigger/leaner. Stuff I could have achieved naturally within a few months.

Maybe I just expected too much or my diet wasn't perfect, idk this is my first cycle.

We'll see how big of a difference there is when I take my after pics and measurements

Chest and tris yesterday.

Hit PRs on incline DB
80s for 6 (easy)
85s for 5 (still pretty easy)
90s for 3 (this was pretty hard especially to get them up)

I think im stronger on incline DB than bb flat lol.

Today I will be deadlifting and hitting back if I'm not too drained after pulling.

I ran out of my cycle assist the other day and have been using Arimacare Pro

I've been getting cramps whenever I
stretch and stuff, so idk wtf that's about

I also kinda pulled my groin/hip when doing mobility work so hopefully that doesn't hinder me today

3x5 with a 25lb plate
1x4 with a 45lb

Hit some awesome push PRs

225lb for a 1RM on flat bb bench, pause rep

135x4 standing military press
145x2
150x1
155 I got right above my head but couldn't lock it out haha.



Today I squatted and deadlifted.

Got 225x3 for 4 sets...
245x2 for 2 sets.

Both are not PRs, just an off day I guess?

I did hit an awesome PRs on deads tho

335 for a surprisingly easy single
355 for a moderately difficult single

I definitely think I have 365 in me but I didn't wanna kill my CNS too bad cause I plan on squatting/pulling on Thursday again



Sorry for not updating as often as before, just been kinda busy with other stuff and really just lazy hahaha.

I am lethargic from shutdown but I'm honestly just a lazy person atm. Unemployed, not going to school... Not doing **** besides sleeping, eating, and lifting.

I feel like my bench has barely improved.
Probably because I should have been benching 2-3 times a week instead of 1 with less volume and accessories.

Before today I never pulled anything heavier than 325 for a single.

I'm surprised at how much stronger my pull has gotten.

I definitely wish I could re-do my cycle and squat/dead twice a week, and bench/OHP 2-3 a week.

I focused more on bodybuilding training.
But now I'm more interested in building my strength up first.

I want to get a 315 squat from this cycle that's almost over but I doubt it.

Oh and the furaza is gone as of today. Just took my last dose.

I'm a little bit leaner/vascular... But nothing crazy. I pretty much stayed the same weight throughout the cycle... Maybe gained 1-2 lbs but that fluctuates.

As far as lean muscle, I definitely see bigger/fuller arms, delts, and traps.
But it's hard to say since I see myself everyday.

Gonna have to see when I take my post cycle pics, and post them up along side the before pics.

For the first 3-4 weeks, I was always eating at maintenance or up to 400-500 deficit. My maintenance without factoring lifting/cardio is like 2,300 cals.
I restricted my carbs a lot. Didn't count it really but all I really would have is a package of oatmeal, a banana, and maybe some rice or pasta with dinner.

However the past 2 weeks or so, I've honestly just been eating whatever.
Med-high carbs. High protein. Med fats.
But still no more than 300-500 surplus.

Still the same weight about but I feel a lot strong and fuller, maybe not as lean.

My diet was not exactly spot on throughout the cycle, but that's okay for me cause I'm not in prep for anything.

I'm, for the most part, satisfied with my results.

Yeah curious on this myself. So was your intention to gain size or to cut or what was the plan? Considering you gained some while eating a deficit I am curious. Also why the Stano and Furaza if you were not cutting? Next time for more gains I would replace the stano and furaza with Tr3st. More cost effective and you would grow more on top of alleviating a lot of the sides stemming from shut down.
