Am weight back at 182
Squats tonight!
Bad day at work. Timing belt, water pump and thermostat on a VW Jetta 1.8T.....crazy busy, shorthanded and got into a yelling match with my service manager.
On a postive note, the test drive was a blast. That little jetta moves when the boost kicks in......... 5 speed, fun to drive. Took a 30 minute test drive...
Doc called....... All is good on the bloodwork no real issues, she said my good and total chlosterols were a tad on the low side........ She didnt seem concerned, she said to continue with eating good, excercising and to drink more water. My nitrogen was a tad high..... Same as last time. I will get a copy of this years panel, and the one prior to that if possible after the holidays.
I got another comment on my shredding of the weight.....When i was piggying, I got up to 203.

12:00 pm 17 pretzels
1:30 pm 1/2 cup each C/P-GLY
4:00 pm 3/4 cup each C/P- GLY

9:00 pm 4 HB eggs,1/2 White potato, VPX ZC protein shake
