I know you are not trying to lose much weight, but so far I am getting a simlar impact from Glycobol. I feel the belly is getting smaller daily which makes me happy.

By the way, your food pics had me craving a sweet potatoe and I had to make me one last night.

Damn it has been a long ass day. got my butt kicked at work today.

Whole upper body is pumped for sure. Upper back from dead, bi's. Tri's and chest are starting to feel it to. Great night sleep, woke up feeling good.

No gym today.

Haha looks good buddy!! That's funny, I hit up some wings the other day as well. I never really crave sweets, just stuff like wings. On a side note, saw the weight watcher's ad with that "Hungry" thing in it, man when he breaks out the trumpet it cracks me up!! Every time I cheat now I see that damn thing.

its gonna take some time....... my food intake will be the key,,,,,,,,months and months of the proper timing and macros.........ahhhhhhhhhhh, in my 20's i could just cut cals and in no time be flat for summer.......not anymore. arrrggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

or i could just hit cardio ED and lose lots of muscle and fat......160 here i come?

Hey bud, looks good!! I hear ya on the being younger and loosing it easier thing. By the time I figured out how to do it, I was getting too damn old to lose it as fast as I once did. Keep up the good work, the results will keep coming. Just be patient.

Kcals way low yesterday.

Man did i carb up today........

I was feeling lethargic and getting a headache..

Then i just said f-it, im going to carb up and see what happens...

Well it definately got my energy levels up and the headached disappeared.

Diet-
8:00 am Protein/Oats ritual- GLY
10:30 am 1/2 cup each C/P
11:30 NOS energy drink- 38g C
12:00 5 servings of pretzels-110g C
1:00 pm 4 small squares of CWP deluxe pizza- GLY
2:00 pm NOS energy drink-38g C
5:00 pm 1/2 C, 1 cup P- GLY
8:00 pm Taco Hell- 1 volcano burrito, 2 meximelts........kcal grenade

So my carbs are way up today....501g
kcals- 3900-----------oink, oink,
20/50/30 ratios

Looking better man. I feel ya on wondering how low you gotta go to get it flat. When I was 225 I thought for sure 195 would have me looking pretty lean. Hell no. :-( I am hoping 185 might be the magic number, but I think I have more fat left than you and I am around 195 now. I really don't want to have to drop below 180 to look worth a ****. At that point I might say screw it and the belly aint going away and then just get hyuuuuggggeee. LOL

Sorry about the rant. You are doing great and keep it up!

My cut off will be 175 am weight. Not going lower than that.

I wont do excessive cardio unless i run some sort of "help" to preserve muscle.

My heaviest this year has been 203.

I'd recommend HIIT type cardio, it's worked well for me and I kept muscle. It also mad e it more interesting. I hear ya guys on the belly, mine actually got bigger from working out my abs, man was I hot about that. All that muscle pushed out the pudge. Of course, it was also a good reason to stop ab work,lol.

No am weight......Nearly 4k cals yesterday.....piggy......

Legs are a little tight, tossed and turned last night......Finally fell asleep around 1am.....Slept straight threw till 6:30.

Off until monday. Going to look at some blue pit pups tomorrow.

My diligence and discipline in my diet has run amuck. The last 24-36 hours has been a crying shame.

Almond joy last night, 2 supersize snickers ice cream bars later in the evening..

Then biscuits and gravy with bacon this morning.

I am pushing the "reset" button tonight and ending this selfish, uncontrolled rage of gluttony.

I will update these nasty kcals and macros sometime today..........

:dunno:what happened, my appetite and cravings committed mutiny on me.

Slept in, nice slumber. Legs feel good, back feels good.

yesterday after work, I dropped the muffler of 78, pulled the axles, got the carrier and pinion out... Looking to get the limited posi and 3:08's in it this week or next weekend. Then on with the 383......

We didnt go look at the blue pups today, they are asking 1000 per pup.....My limit is 500........ On with the search..

yeah, it happens at least every couple weeks......I just roll with it, then the next workout always seems to be better. Squats thursday!!!

1 st off welcome to Anabolicminds. I notice this it your first post. There is alot of information around here. Enjoy and thanks for giving me your first post.

It works better for me. Crazyfool has played around with the dosages for awhile, this is but one of the dosing protocols he recommended to me. I believe a more spaced out and consistent administration of the ingredients with any supplement is better than 1 or 2 larger doses. Strictly IMO.

I will still error on the safe side and recommend to follow label directions, my dosing scheme works for me.

Am weight back at 182

Squats tonight!

Bad day at work. Timing belt, water pump and thermostat on a VW Jetta 1.8T.....crazy busy, shorthanded and got into a yelling match with my service manager.

On a postive note, the test drive was a blast. That little jetta moves when the boost kicks in......... 5 speed, fun to drive. Took a 30 minute test drive... :)

Doc called....... All is good on the bloodwork no real issues, she said my good and total chlosterols were a tad on the low side........ She didnt seem concerned, she said to continue with eating good, excercising and to drink more water. My nitrogen was a tad high..... Same as last time. I will get a copy of this years panel, and the one prior to that if possible after the holidays.

I got another comment on my shredding of the weight.....When i was piggying, I got up to 203.

Nice workout and additional weight loss. I have my sights set on the 180s, but it aint going to happen anytime soon. I am really loving Glycobol because even if the weight is not changing I am still getting leaner.

it really just comes down to diet and activity levels.....

I mean, genetics and certain things factor in of course. But i have always noticed my loss or gains all revolve around caloric intake.

Yeah it never hurts to gain weight and look leaner.......That is a plus all the way around.
