No am weight......damnt.

Looking like Im on a cut for sure. Last two days I have upped cals just a bit.

Feeling great, had a good nite sleep last night. Got up at 530 this morning and just got done working a bit ago

Diet thus far has been

8 am protein 50g, Oats 50g's-GLY
10:30 1/2 cup each Chix/pasta
12:00 2 Chicken Breats marinaded and grilled- Yes we grilled at work today:). Animal Pak
1:30 3/4 cup Brown rice-GLY
2:30 1 snickers bar
5:15 Homemade cheeseburger with all the fixins- GLY
late night HJ- lean cusine spaghetti.......ugghhhh.

kcals ended around 2750

walk the dog tonight.

So just for all those fillowing and/or using glycobol. Please work up to your dose gradually. I took about 9 or 10 yesterday. And it destoyed my stomach. Its best to work up the the higher doses gradualy if one decides to go more then 4 pills per day. So far today since I start my cut I didn't have many but I'm still feeling it from yesterday!!! Woke uo feeling lean even after all the pizza I ate for my cheat meal muahahhahhah this shiz is strong!

Yea 9 or 10 was pretty rough I've only had maybe 3 today so far but we will see. Imthinking bout puttin just 6 in a gallon instead of 2 this way its more gradual and I don't have to dose any pills just get my gallon in. I'm keepin it easy on my gbol dose till after my finals!!!!

Late night HJ- 4 pieces of CWP sausage pizza

Kcals went over target range to say the least. Probably around 3250 kcals

Surprisingly am weight is still 186.......

I went over on kcals yesterday. Im thinking around 3300 total.

switched my routine around. I will be doing this routine for awhile

M- Back, Bi's-
T- Chest, Tri's and Shoulder
Th- Squats

Diet thus far today is
9am - Protien/Oats 50/50g- GLY
11:30 - Stouffers stuffed bell peppers
2:30 Penn station small Philly cheesesteak sub with fresh potatoe friest- peanut oil- GLY
Workout 3:15
PWO- Protein/Oats 50/50g -GLY
1 banana-
HC steamers- GWS-GLY
Late night HJ- 3 slices of Pizza

kcals ended at 3125:(

I havent done deads in months. I start very deep, so my hams and glutes get most of the damage. They are weaker then my back. It felt very good doing deads again. You will see trap growth on me from these.

Im very excited to switch up my routine, I think i will see some overall growth if i get the diet dialed in .

Nice!! A change up is always great for the workouts. Just got back to doing deadlifts again myself. Actually, I'm doing rack pulls, I'm a wuss with my legs. Something tell me that's all gonna change though in about a week,lol. Great to hear everything is going so well for ya!!

Feeling really good this morning. Fell asleep on the floor after walking the dog. I didnt even get my evening protein shake or night time fix in.....

Tonight will be chest, tris and shoulders.....

Diet-

Workout was crazy- 1 hour+

Dips- 3x12
Abs ciruit- 10x10 sets
3 sets pushup
Pec deck- 100x4x10- SS
Seated fly machine? 80x4x10
Incline db's- 65#x4x10
Hammer machine- 70#x4x10
Pushdowns 3x8
Tricep kickbacks 3x8- SS
3 sets pushups


Very good workout, pumped and sweating really nice.

Bring on thursday- Squats until i drop........

yeah, i will run short today and tomorrow on kcals to get my average back at around 2500-2700. Im still cuttin as far as my average kcals go, i was eating around 4000-4200 kcals a day before.....Maybe more.

Man, my two favorite companies are Anabolic Innovations and Get Diesel.
I have to admit, i have found my preworkout solutions in JP8. Its locked down. It would take a serious pre/wo product to get me to switch.

Between those two companies , All my supplementation needs are met.

Pasta, kidney beans, cheese- cheddar, cubed cheddar, celery, tomatoes, chestnuts, banana pepper, fat free italian dressing, salt/pepper, carrots, cucumber

1 cup marinated chicken grilled

Looks good silver you'll be able to assess your tolerance after week one and see how u feel. Some people can get stomach problems if start the max dose too fast

Yeah, I eat plain chicken and uncle bens brown rice most of the time. Every now and then, I have to change something or I fall out and go on a binge. lol

1:30 pm 1/2 cup each C/R- GLY,
Handful of pretzels, 15 or 20 pc.

PWO 50/50g protein/oats- 2 GLY

Dinner- 4 HB Eggs
3/4 cup spiral pasta mix
zerotein shake
5 crackers, snack late night

5:45pm Preworkout was JP8- 1.25 lemonade, 1 grape
Ether tabs- 2@9am, 3@4pm

Excercises were-

Squats- Basically superset the biatches, highlights- 195 for 4 sets
then drop to 135 and superset with calf raises
Calf raise- 205 to burn failure 12-20 reps

I spent nearly an hour in the squat rack and smith machine(CR's)

Leg extensions- 4 sets 70 to burn, then add 1

Laying squat machine- 4 sets, fast reps of 10, then slow and controlled parallel to right before lockout, statics, basically spend a song in the ipod on each set........

Sweating and dizzy along with panting as normal......... I leave it in there on leg days....
