Thanks brother! The forearms usually start giving me issues but not this time. My motivation level just dropped to zero! Next time!!
lets hope he can still do it when he hits 275!!!!
LOL. I'd settle for 170 first.
Hey let's just focus on 175 first lol
I've been varying from 160 to 165 for a year now. Doctor is tracking my body fat and it has decreased from 18% to 12% in a year.

Day 15 & 16: Legendary only due to cardio workouts and no need for Ferox.

Vascularity is still noticed along with a big increase in hunger and wild cravings for carbs. Today I stopped for a double scoop of East Coast Custard!!

Boxing Drills
Speedbag
Chinese Double Sticks
Focusmaster Boxing Drills

I noticed my cardio has been lacking and will be working to improve it.

Good life and good lifting.

Day 17: Only Legendary. After a weekend without Ferox I've decided to drop it. I'm on TRT and have been working on dialing in my protocol. Lately I'm experiencing some ED issues. This went away once I stopped the Ferox. Coincidence or not, even though I loved it for energy and endurance, I'm dropping it.

I decided to kill abs!

So, had absolutely no time for workouts this past week while in Chicago. Corporate meetings and crap food challenged me to get proper macros. No wonder people are FAT. Donuts, pastries and soda everywhere!

Kept taking 1 cap of Legendary the entire time. This was more of a cardio week as I was on my feet the entire time, used stairs instead of elevators and walked an average of 3 miles per day.

In spite of the super carb loading, I kept the fat off the waist! Back to lifting today!!

this is why americans are so fat...if you are poor it is much cheaper to feed kids twinkies hot dogs and potato chips than whole foods and fresh veggies...once eating habits are established.......

You can't get any cheaper than chicken, rice, and broccoli. Especially from all the bulk stores we now have.

I bet if you discounted healthier foods, the majority of the poor would still favor fried and fatty foods. It's programmed into us our whole lives unless you or a parent filters it.

a pack of cheap hot dogs can be bought for a buck, potato chips are 2 big bags for $5, throw in some little debbies and you have a meal for 4 kids....have you priced fresh veggies lately? geez, hamburger [the 70%] kind sells for more than T-bones did 10 years ago, and the minimum wage has not gone up since then....everytime they say something is good for you the price skyrockets!!!!

you are a smart guy...you know better than to say something dumb like that...the healthier the food the more expensive!!!!!

Daily I go into impoverished households, and they aren't eating $1 bulk hotdogs (by themselves) and chips. It's typically fried meat, pizza, and tasty heavy starches like potatoes or fries.

Sure, you can buy those things you mentioned cheaper (if you eat a single dog, X number of chips, etc.) if your goal was to conserve the best way financially as possible, but that's not the case, usually. At least not here.

And yeah, a good variety of healthy foods isn't cheap. It's America, and the thought of not having what your neighbor can have isn't an option to most.

Around here you can buy a full cooked or uncooked chicken for $4-$8. Boneless breast for .99-1.99#, depending on the amount. I don't know what rice costs exactly, but it's around $10/25#, lasting who knows how many months. I buy frozen spinach and broccoli at about the price of a box of twinkies that can last about a week or two.

It's convenient too. So you couple the cheap price with convenience to people who continue to get fatter and lazier then you get the American population at 70+% overweight and obese.
When you see 3 and 4 year olds that are 40lbs overweight "before" they develop their baby fat then you know it's a lost cause. Sorry for my rant but even our military is overweight and on some type of "profile". Just sickens me...

Stim breaks are definitely a mental battle. Taking my first one ever right now. 3 days in, and I'm surprised at the achiness in my back and neck. I feel fine for energy, just the body knows something is missing.

Did the PWO actually work again after your break?

Withdrawal headaches are the worst. I took two weeks off - it wasn't long enough to reset my system. The PWO on day 1 felt great but by day 3 it was back to just feeling OK.
