Day 7: Ferox and Legendary. I'm enjoying this combo and haven't opened Inferno. Eating the same as usual but dropped 1 inch off the waist in a week! Impressed and shocked at this. Endurance is kicking in.

That core work used to kill my abs with DOMS for days! After I kept at it, the soreness became minor. Now I never want to go back to no core work for fear of that newbie pain. Lol

I'm with you on core strength being important. I opt for ohp,squats,bent over rows,good mornings,deadlifts and ab work.

I used to have a weak core and the difference is night and day. I feel stronger and generally better (especially in the lower back) now that I take core work seriously. My most important long term goal is being 50+years old with the mobility of a 20 year old.

OLAD dictates no more than 3 min rests but sometimes it's less for me if my HRM shows my heart rate dropped to baseline sooner. Thanks man.
