Thoughts: i took another off day because i wanted to save all my energy for my big soccer game, which was a great idea since only 11 players showed up to the game(exact amount to actually play)..played the whole game without any breaks except for half time. i was actually impressed, i paced myself and managed to finish the game without gassing myself. we also wrecked the other team 11-0 :hump: ahahahaha i have a feeling my legs are going to hate me tomorrow -.-

DAY 15- (first day on EPI)

Thoughts: i decided to try out the carb cycling diet, just for a week tho. i wanna see how my body reacts to it. i know i went over the carb limit, i was hoping to get in 50gs or less. ill be totally honest, my day at the gym wasnt as intense as usual(chest/abs).. im pretty sure its from the lack of carbs. i even cut down on diary products on my high protein/high fat days(1 cup of milk in my post workout shake). i wanted to see if the bloating was coming from that and it definitely was, (day 16, woke up in the morning with a flat stomach!) so ill keep doing this for a week(with 1-2 carb loading days? suggestions?) and if my body can handle it, ill stay on this diet until my pct(switch back to high protein/mod carbs/low fat diet) if not then ill go back to my normal diet but just increase my daily cal intake!

Looking good. I'm Carb cycling while fasting.
Do like a high Carb day, mod carb, and low to no Carb day. High Carb days should be your most intense lifting sessions, while mod Carb days should be on rest days. Try a day or two of low to no Carb if you can. Of course on those says you have to increase your protein and dietary fat intake to meet caloric goals. See how your body reacts, it may take a good week or two for your body to get used to it and performance may suffer a little. See how it fares out. Good luck!

thoughts- ive been busy for the last couple of days, havent had time to report every single day SORRY GUYS! its been a pretty good week though, im definitely starting to feel a different pump, im guessing this is coming from the epistane. the receptionist at my gym said that i look bigger than usual so i guess its starting to work!!! im pretty sure my gym pumps/drive will go through the roof next week!(epi-40mg stano-750mg) its gonna be a good week thats all i gotta say ;) one thing i gotta mention is my knee is starting to hurt whenever i fully flex my leg, its like a stinging pain right under my knee cap! i didnt work out my legs because of this pain, i dont want it to get worse! it started right after my soccer game last sunday. i really hope it goes away!

POSITIVE: great pumps, looking more full and lean. endurance is great!

NEGATIVE: pain in my knee, dont know if its a big or small issue(ill find out with time). very aggressive, libido is totally gone :( girlfriend is not very happy </3

QUESTION: i've been tweaking my diet, and i finally found one im going to settle with- carb cycling* high on training days-mod on soccer days and no carbs on rest days(except from veggies) now the question is, im taking in alot of protein, and some days after a high protein meal, i feel sorta bloated and gassy.. should i start taking a digestive enzyme to avoid this problem? if so which brand do you reccomend? also will it counter react with the stano or epi(pretty random i know, but its a question i have to ask) thank you for your help guys!

You might of hurt your meniscus playing soccer, you should get it looked at

Thoughts: i decided to finally eat a cheat meal today after my crossfit session. i took a day off from the gym, definitely needed the rest! pretty relaxing day to be honest, we had a major thunder storm here so goin out wasnt a option for me:p

i bought a few things off body building last night and im wondering if i should save some stuff for my pct or start it as soon as i get it. heres the list :

-NOWFOODS super enzymes
-NOWFOODS ultra omega 3s
-L-carnitine liquid form
-orangetriad multi v/joint support
-C-Bolic-95% Pure Forskolin Extract
-NOWFOODS cod liver oil
-gaspari bcaa 4:1:1

my main concern is the lipase in the super enzymes blend.. "Lipase may prevent the absorption of vitamin A, B, K, and E and also may prevent the absorption of beta carotene nutrients in the body." can this do anything to epistane or stano? if so ill stop taking it(reason why im taking it is because im eating alot more protein than usual, my bodybuilder friend recommended a digestive enzyme so i found this on sale and bought it.)

i know when to take omegas and bcaas. the reason why i bought more bcaas is because im going to start jogging early in the morning on a empty stomach(best way to burn stored fat from what i heard) to prevent muscle breakdown ill just take some bcaas before i jog, do you guys know how much i should take before a jog on a empty stomach?

i got l carintine and c-bolic mostly to optimise fat burning/decrease fat from storing. i didnt want to use any sort of fat burner or fat control pills so i went with a amino acid and a natural plant to help me achieve my six pack goal@! my question is, do you guys know if this stuff can effect epi or stano in any way? im going to follow the recommended dosage and hope for the best! i think it should help me out especially if i stick to my clean diet!

I'm sorry for not posting more frequently but i've been pretty busy this summer. lots of family came down from greece to visit so i was hardly home! i'll try my best to post and update my log everyday since its my last 3 weeks on cycle!

DAY 23-35
WEIGHT- +8
Cal intake- 2500-3000 cals per day
Thoughts- well i can tell you guys that the epistane definitely kicked in. i've been pushing alot more weight than usual. my shoulders and arms gained some fair size, abs are still visual, not as much as i want them to be but im not complaining. I'm sure my pct will shred off most of the bloat i got goin on right now(not much tho) and some of the water retention. I've been eating very well, im pretty happy with myself right now. i squeezed in 1 or 2 cheat meals in the past 2-3 weeks, thats about it! im going to keep it really clean for the next 3 weeks to end the cycle on a good note! which means no more cheat meals for me :) im honestly not getting any side effects from epistane, my joints seem to be fine, i dont get any pain when i squat or deadlift anymore! i do get backpumps every now and then but the pain doesnt really phase me. i got a few pimples on my face but nothing out of the ordinary. im dosing epi at 50mg and stano at 900mg starting tomorrow until the end of my cycle(3 weeks left) im going all out for the next 21 days.. my life will only revolve around the gym, clean eating habits and the S.S combo (sex+sleep) ;P WISH ME LUCK BOYS, im 2 pounds away from my goal! im really happy with the cycle thus far! thanks for all your support!

heres my 2 cents..the product you're talking about seems to be pretty legit, but your still missing some important components. i'd definitely get my hands on some cycle support if i were you. you'd also need a anti-cortisol like x-lean or lean extreme. read the guide and hopefully all your questions will be answered if not dont be shy, we're all here to help each other out! :)

Weight: +8 (ill weigh myself sometime next week)(pictures will be taken soon)
cal intake: i stopped counting my calories because it was a huge pain in the arse, but im hitting the 2500+ cal mark everyday, thats for sure.
Thoughts: today was chest day, i usually bike for 10 minutes to warm my muscles up but today i decided to do 5 sets of squats instead(not to heavy) i actually started doin this more often, my muscles feel more warm and i get a good pump from it so i guess its pretty much a win win. i had a spotter today so i went all out, great pump, i still feel it abit ahaha. one thing i've noticed is that glycobol isnt working like it used to. i take 2 pills with my 2 heaviest carb meals(breakfast + post workout meal), it use to cure the carb bloat but now its sort of coming back :S i really hate that carb bloat feeling so im thinking of giving Recompadrol a try! great progress so far, im still trying to get my lower abs to show but im pretty sure glycobol is holding me back. im gonna finish the bottle and try another nutrient partitioner...any suggestions?? i also want to try and strengthen my insulin sensitivity! need some advice guys! thanks.

Thoughts: back/bicep day....i literally woke up thinking about going to the gym, it was pretty weird because i basically told myself that i was going to increase my weight on every exercise no matter what..and it actually happened. i destroyed my back and biceps, amazing pumps. i started running in the morning to on a empty stomach, im going to do it 3 times a week.. wake up, take my glutamine shake, take 3 BCAA pills and go for a 30 minute jog with 5 sprints somewhere in between. i've been getting alot of compliments lately. My ex girlfriend that works at the gym told me that i got bigger and leaner yesterday ;) even my actual girlfriend noticed a size difference! the only thing im not happy with is that my gyno seems to have gotten ABIT worse..nipples are abit more puffy then usual..i guess IBE epistane isnt getting rid of my gyno like it has for other people! oh well i only have 2.5 weeks left, im not gonna stop now. hopefully my mix of pharma nolva and licogenix will fight off some of the gyno!(i really hope so) apart from that everything seems to be in order.

POSITIVE: #@$_#@(%($#) pumps are off the charts, getting broad shoulders which was one of my goals, energy level has increased drastically.

NEGATIVE: gyno got abit worse, i think my cortisol levels are going crazy because i seem to have gained size in my lower abdominal area..pretty weird tho because i have no fat anywhere else except for that specific area! or maybe that can be from a poor insulin sensitivity? i'm finally starting to feel the dry joints effect from the epistane, especially when i jog in the morning..once i take my animal flex pak the pain goes away ;)

suggestions: i have a little experiment in mind... i want to see what is causing weight storage in my lower abdominal area. i've been doing research and the 2 possibilities are my cortisol levels or my insulin sensitivity. im a big fan of NOW FOODS products and they seem to have the solution for my problem/problems.

Cal intake: 2500-2700 cals( im planning on increasing my cal intake by 100 every week now until i reach 3200 again.)
Thoughts: Once again, i went for a nice long run this morning right when i woke up..i also sprinted a few times to increase my heart rate. i've been getting some crazy munches lately, hence the reason why im increasing my calorie intake per day. my shoulder workout was beyond amazing. ALL my exercises went up in weight. the only thing im not sadisfied with is my sleeping pattern. for the past 2-3 days i've been going to bed at 2-3 in the morning and waking up at 10-11. yea im still getting my 8 hours of sleep but im not used to going to bed so late(usually i hit the sack around 11) but for some reason i cant go to bed early...maybe im taking my last dose of epistane/stano to late at night? i was thinking of taking GABA, i've seen some good reviews on this supplement and it seems like its doin the trick for everyone taking it. apart from that, everything is going great!!

DAY 39 - REST DAY.. im going to decrease my carb intake today, todays menu will consist of lean meats, veggies, good fats and carbs from quinoa and lentils!

EAT CLEAN AND TRAIN HARD BOYS!

Thoughts- leg day leg day we all love leg day! :p after 2 weeks of not having a proper leg day routine done due to a minor injury, this one had to be one of my top 10 workouts of the cycle. i was drenched in sweat after my workout session. i even had some extra time to do some chest afterwards ahahaha i was so vascular, especially on my legs! i've been so pumped lately, even outside of the gym. I'm just always full of energy, my girlfriend thinks im taking drugs.... ;) i also tweaked my diet abit, i started eating more lentils and beans(white and red), less fruits(only for breakfast), .5 cup more of green veggies with all my meals and 1 extra shake of benafibre. It definitely increase my bowel movements which is what i wanted!

POSITIVE: pumps are getting so intense, even outside of the gym!

NEGATIVE: gyno isnt going away! abit of pimples on my face, dry joints especially in the morning.

Thoughts- its crazy how strong my pump gets when i workout my shoulders, and now that im on epi/stano.. the pump is even stronger! i was extremely focused today, i went to the gym with 2 buddies of mine..they tend to walk around and talk off sets. I on the other hand didnt waste anytime, after my 40-60 second break i'd start my next set even if my buddy was talking to me ahahah he clearly got the message that i came to the gym to train! my body is finally adapting to my new diet, no more sugar cravings! which is a big surprise for me since i have a sweet tooth and all. tomorrows my off day but i think im gonna go to the gym anyways and workout my arms. gotta get some extra sessions in, i only got 2 weeks left!! go hard or go home right? ;)

the samething happened to a buddy of mine, he was taking lab dbol. As soon as he finished his cycle, he got very sick and basically shat and puked out all his gains(according to him)...

Thoughts- Since i didnt have soccer, going to the gym was a must! i decided to use a different workout for my arms today...boy was it worth it. my biceps/triceps didnt know what hit 'em. i honestly couldnt wash my hair after my workout, i was so pumped it was unbelievable! i've been adding the "strip method" also known as a mega drop set to my workout plan, its the BEST way to shock your muscles...plus the man himself Mr Arnold Schwarzenneger suggested this technique and who knows better then him.. NO ONE! its been working for me!!!! My diet has changed drastically from the beginning of my cycle, i was unsure of my macros at the start but after 6 weeks of tweaking, adding/eliminating foods, trying different diets... i FINALLY managed to find my range of calories and my macros. I'm feeling so much better knowing that my diets in check even tho i only have 2 weeks left "on" cycle.

POSITIVE: pump are great like usual, diet is on point, full of energy ALL THE TIME, still gaining weight on a 2700 cal CLEAN diet(no fat gain)

NEGATIVE: gyno isnt going away(biggest piss off..) joints are getting pretty dry, very aggressive lately.

TIPS: **make sure you tweak your diet to your liking before you start your cycle!!!** experiment with different macro levels and eat more/less calories until you find your "sweet spot". you'll feel much better knowing you have your diet on point! mega drop sets are amazing if you want to finish off a muscle with an amazing pump!! try it out, you wont regret it!

Im willing to bet u wont get any sides, eapecially at 30mg. Maybe some dry joints towards the end but not everyone gets that.
Supplementing with creatine on Epi will fight dryness, but you won't look quite as hard on it

Thoughts- chest day yeeee buddy! i usually dont post my workouts online but i got the craziest pump from this workout, i gotta share it with you guys!
Bench press - 3 sets(+drop set at the end) x 8-12 reps
Incline bench press - 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Dumbbell Flys - 3 sets x 10 reps
Dips + Cable crossovers - 3 sets x 10 reps
Pec deck - strip technique(mega drop set) 170lbs-6 reps-150lbs-6 reps 130lbs-4/6 reps 110lbs-4/6 reps

Best chest workout of my life! i had the craziest pump at the end of the workout, definitely recommended! apart from the workout, my diet is still on point. i added an extra meal/snack to my diet..here it is: pressed unsalted cottage cheese with plain non fat yogurt, 1 tbsp of 1% milk and lots of cinnamon. The reason i add milk is because i find the mixture to thick, the milk helps liquefy the mixture! i eat this meal 1-2 hours before i go to bed. the reason why i added an extra meal was because i was getting abit hungry before i'd hit the sack, adding this meal stopped my hunger cravings at night and also in the morning! cottage cheese is loaded with casein protein so it keeps your body satisfied even when you're sleeping!
what a journey its been so far, i've learnt so much about my body/diets/nutrition/exercises during this cycle. i've gained 9 pounds in the past 43 days, yes i could of gained alot more weight but i wasnt planning on gaining 20 pounds... i'm a soccer player and gaining to much weight at once would of killed my endurance for sure! so im very happy with the progress so far! i still have 13 days left and im going to push myself as hard as i can!

P.S i just took some new pictures, ill be posting them up today!

100% right, im so happy i decided to take creatine throughout my cycle(+pct). i have bad joints to begin with so avoiding dry joints was a must for me! joint support+creatine was amazing for me! yes, there were some days i'd wake up my and joints were hurting but i know it couldnt of been 10 times worse. This combination will honestly help you out especially if you have the same problem as me!

cal intake- 2400-2700cals depending on the workout/rest day
Thoughts- i must admit, i had an amazing week at the gym. my workouts were so complete(right anound of sets/reps/weights) i honestly dont have any negative feedback. compound movements have all gone up in weight, intervals have been getting easier, my weak points(shoulders and legs) are starting to become my strong points ahahaha i got a little cheat meal in on friday night but if i had a choice i would of avoided it....my girlfriend surprised me with two tickets for a fancy dinner cruise, i chose the healthiest 4 course meal out of all the options i had. the dessert was a Blueberry Clafoutis(cheap blueberry flat cake) it was pretty small, maybe 5inch by 5inch wide and 1 inch tall. it wasnt even that sweet to be honest, the blueberries really gave it a bitter taste. apart from that small cheat, my diet was pretty strict, high carbs on major muscle days, lower carbs on normal muscle days and no carbs on rest days(except from veggies). 7 days left!!! im actually pretty excited to start my pct. the sooner i start it, the sooner my body will go back to normal so i could rest up and get ready for my next cycle yes... im going back to the darkside in November-December. This time im going with injectables..it'll make my lean-bulking program alot easier ehehehe. anyways, ill try my best to keep you guys updated daily until the end of my pct! thanks for the support guys!

HELP: one of my buddies told me that i should use the e/c/a stack during my PCT because it would clear out my androgen receptors so my gains wont slow down on my next cycle...i've been doing some research to find out if this is true or not, can anyone verify if this is true or not? and should i go on the stack anyways even if it doesnt clear out androgen receptors? thank you.

Good ol eca stack!?!? I tried that before a few years ago and didnt notice anything different from it compared to any other high end fat burner or cortisol surpression. But thats just me.

Weight: +9(i forgot to weigh myself at the gym, my scale is a piss of ****:p)
Cal intake: 2500cals macro- 45-35-20(P/C/F)
Thoughts: CHEST DAY, i decided to go with a new approach to destroying my selected muscle of the day:p... the technique came from the muscle book from strength University.. it involved many warm-up sets(4-6) on the first exercise for that muscle. i started off with barbell bench press, my warm up looked exactly like this... 1STset-12reps/50% of your “heavy set weight” 2NDset/10reps/50% 3RDset/4reps/70% 4THset/3reps/80% ....then 3 normal sets of 4-6 reps/100%. in the muscle book, they have a 5TH warm up set but i skipped it, i hate doing a one rep max set without a spotter! anyways..i didnt really like this technique, it felt as if i was burning myself out on my first exercise...i usually do around 5 different exercises to target every area of the pectoral, so imagine how tired i was once i got to my final exercise! In the muscle book, they suggest you only do 3 exercises(6-9 working sets per workout not including the 5 warm up sets on the first exercise.) i didnt really follow their build, i just tried out the warm up set technique and then continued with my program. next time i'll stick with my 2 warm up sets and go for 8-12 reps on my heavy sets, i really like the burn i get from the extra reps.. im not hating on their program or anything, i just find my body reacts better with the program and techniques im using now!

Thoughts: unfortunately i wasnt able to go to the gym on this day. i had a very tight schedule and alot of things came up last minute. right before i left for work, i used some dumbells to do abit of dumbell rows,deadlifts,hammer curls,bicep curl and i finished it off with interval sprints...pretty lame workout if you ask me ahahah but work and family always comes first on my list!

Thoughts: once again i was on a tight schedule...my younger bro just started college so i'm trying to help him out as much as possible(lifts to school, showing him how to take the city bus, which paths to take etc..) i had a good hour to train my shoulders and back today. the pump was amazing like usual. deadlifts went up in weight again...no backpumps at all, to be honest i dont think i encountered a really bad backpump throughout my whole cycle +++ & i stopped taking taurine a month ago ahahaha. my carb intake went down by alot since the beginning of the week, i got a new job as a game tester ;) i breaks aren't that long.. one 30minute break and two 15 minute breaks... i always make my meals in advance but when time is a major issue in your life, making the perfect meal is pretty difficult. for the past 3 days my supper and two snack meals consisted of protein and veggies...i just cut up a **** load of veggies, stick them in a Tupperware and cook some fish/chicken or make a protein shake. if i have some extra time, i'd make a large salad with lots of greens and protein. the only downfall about this is that i get extremely gassy...and you all know how much it sucks to hold in a fart ahaha i usually just excuse myself and go to the bathroom to rip 'em :p i really gotta get some super enzymes again so i could avoid this problem -.-

Thoughts- forgive me for not posting more often but as we all know life can get pretty hectic at times. i have alot of stuff going on right now and taking care of my logs is the last thing on my mind right now.

As you all know, today is my last day "on" epi/stano. its been a great ride especially after being off for so long. I learnt alot from this cycle, especially on supplements(what works and what doesnt "FOR ME")..definitely going more into depth once i have the time to write it all out..along with a full review about my cycle!

i ran into alot of problems this week hence the reason why i wasnt posting everyday, first off my car decided to break down on me. Biggest piss off ever since my gym is pretty far away, i was stuck training at my house atleast 3 out of 5 training days. its going to be fixed by next week thank the lord. second...i got stuck with all the morning shifts at work so training in the morning is a no no for me which means my body will have to get to used to training at later hours during the day(i hate training in the afternoon, gym is packed and i feel like i have less energy) im going to stop my rant here because telling you all of my problems wont change anything!!!

My workouts werent as bad as they could of been. I got all my compound lifts in so thats a good thing. I got to do more cardio than usual, which is also good, the main problem was that i was limited to the exercises i could preform...apart from that, my workouts were DECENT. Once my car is fixed, ill be back to the gym 5 days a week!

SO remember guys, ill be posting up a full review some time this week(PCT review will be coming at the end of September) and ill include some tips and suggestions that could save you guys some extra cash, help you build more muscle and decrease your BF%.

Even hitting them gym at home is not ideal it's still way better than just not going! Maintain a full supply of enzymes too. Papaya extract works very well for me. Pct looks legit. I like testobolan V2 better than activate. I would also add intimidate to my pct. It's one of my new favs. With all the other pills you are taking, taking intimidate at night before bed is a great and easy addition. Along with that, taking a gh/sleep support Supp at night will not only help you hit your rem stages of sleep (plus keep you their longer) it will also hpta firing properly and of course super fast recovery. Great cycle overall bro happy it went well for u!

Final Review IBE EPISTANE/STANO CYCLE

First off I would like to thank all of you who supported me throughout the whole cycle, it means alot when i know i have some people backing me up with great tips and advice, im pretty sure i repped most of you guys! It was a great experience and great opportunity, i learnt alot of new things...good and bad and will definitely put my knowledge to good use next time around. ill try my best to make this review as clear and simple as possible..

GOALS: my goals while taking epi/stano was to put on around 10 lbs of lean muscle, trim up the waistline and increase the weight on all my compound lifts!

THE VERDICT: well i got to my goal weight..i started at 148lbs and ended the cycle at 157-158lbs! i definitely trimmed up my waistline too, my abs are very visible compared to before, my obliques show alot more too...the reason why my 6 pack isnt 100% visible is from the bloat i got from epistane, its been decreasing tho ever since i started my pct..i think once i start taking my cortisol levels, it'll be gone for good! for the compound lifts....all i can say is wow, i was not expecting such a boost from an oral steroid. My strength increased drastically thanks to epistane!

COMPOUND LIFTS I PERFORMED DURING CYCLE:

BAR.BENCH PRESS:

I was trying to be safe by taking more supplements...BUT in some cases MORE IS NOT BETTER!! keep it simple guys, stick to the staples like a good MULTI V-OMEGA 3s-Glutamine-creatine-fibrepowder-joint support sup IF NEEDED.. thats more than enough!!!

EFFECTIVNESS: 8/10.. EPI/STANO are a great combination especially when you're looking to gain some quality lean muslce and trim down some fat! My workouts became alot more intense than usual and the pump it gives you is just amazing. I was never tired at the gym, i just kept on going like a machine, that was probably the best thing about this cycle! I dont really believe in pre-workouts(except for my creatine+beta-alanine combo), even after a long day at work, i'd still be at my 100% in the gym! it just goes to show you how effective this stack is when it comes to your energy level! If you can stick to a strict diet, train 4-5 days a week, do some cardio here and there..this stack will do wonders for you!!! A++++

SIDE.EFFECTS: 2/10 alot of people were advising me to make sure that i have all my side supplements on hand because epistane is pretty mild and could cause some serious side effects....well i should of listened to myself and stuck to the basics! i think i would of been fine without taurine or a joint support sup. At one point when i was dosing epi at 40mg and stano at 750mg, i wasnt even taking a joint support supplement and my joints were just fine! might i add that i've gotten surgery on both my knees and one of my shoulders...so dont OVER KILL IT! If i were you, i'd stick to some cheap grade Glucosamine product(3g per day) and creatine(10g per day)...you'd save yourself 50$ right there, you could go by yourself a 4-5 pound container of whey protein powder with that money!! i should add that my multi-v(orange triad) has a joint sup. complex but its fairly low dosed so im sure this didnt really help much.

other than that, i didnt really get any side effects, my hair didnt thin out at all, i didnt have any burst of acne(some pimples here and there), energy levels were always high, libido did go down but i was still having sex everyday and my girlfriend didn't notice any difference in my performance ;) ughhh barely got back pumps or calve pumps, my joints got sore sometimes but hey its $%^Y%$# normal! You're body was not build to squat,deadlift heavy ass weight so its only normal you'll feel some ligament/tendon soreness! like i stated above, take some glucosamine+creatine to avoid this problem! i was playing soccer,training,walking and doing intervals during this cycle and i barely had any dry joint problems! the worst side effect i got from this cycle was the increase in my aggression, if you're an aggressive person to start off with, this will definitely put you in the danger zone ahahaha

PROS:

  • energy level over 9000!!
  • waist trimmer

CONS:
  • A few pimples here and there, nothing drastic
  • minimal dryness in the joints, nothing crazy tho like i stated above

SUMMARY: overall i'd give it 7/10. For a oral stack, it did more than what i expected. I am more than pleased with the results i've gotten from these 2 products..If i were to choose one product to add to my next cycle, it would have to be epistane! i feel ike epistane really did wonders for me, the pumps and strength gains i've gotten from this product was purely amazing. stano was pretty good and all, but i think i would of been better off getting pharma winstrol from my roid supplier and injecting it. i was taking far to many pills and im pretty sure i stressed out my liver :(

If any of you need some advice or tips for a future epistane cycle, i'd be more than glad to help you guys out!!! just send me a message and i'll reply ASAP

alright, so my PCT is finally coming to an end. It's been a bumpy ride, im really looking forward to being off everything. It seems like the cortisol control supp + anti-E + AI really took a toll on my joints lol i underestimated there power. my joints arent as solid as they used to be, well compared to my actual cycle..their alot worse now, especially my ankles. They dont hurt or anything, but i know they're weaker. I had to stop playing soccer because i'd always roll my ankles when i would sprint and turn at tight angles..Im missing my finals because of it! oh well i'd rather keep on training at the gym then get injured every game. I'm pretty sure there was no way to avoid this, i'll just have to wait until my PCT is actually done. im gonna start taking a joint supplement to get my joints ready for this winter soccer league, i really hope i could play. Apart from that, i've actually gained 2 more pounds!!! 159LBS, im still pretty cut, i changed my whole training program, i cut down on the cardio and added more compound movements and less reps. Im also eating 400 calories over maintenance. Eating habits are still clean, i added one cheat meal a week though:p bulking phase has started and im hoping to gain another 6-10 pounds naturally. i wanted to do another cycle in november but something came up..im going to have to try and do it naturally!!! it seems to be working thus far so im gonna stick to it and hope for the best!!

i also wanted to ask some experts if its normal that my ankles keep on getting sprained when i play sports...at the gym, i do crossfit routines, sprints,intervals and nothing happens to my ankles.. let me know what you guys think about this.

I also wanted to point out that epistane did not get rid of my gyno...its still there and its driving me crazy!!!! im actually on the verge of going to a private clinic and paying to get it removed unless there is something else i can take to get rid of it...its been there for awhile so it might be to late... let me know what you guys think.

Trust me, when my body temperature heats up, my nipples enlarge and sag down, makes my chest look horrible. I had to stop wearing some of my shirts because it shows a lot. I can't stand it anymore it's really discouraging me.

mate you dont have gyno it looks different. you have temporarily puffy nips thats all..was thinking the same as you at first in my case.

seriously? i heard the sides could get pretty bad! but everyones different!!! i ordered some toco 8 just incase ahahaha i guess ill start at 30! go hard or go home right?
I ran IBE Epi and ramped up to 50mg and the only side I noticed was raise in B/P and it wasn't enough to concern me. Around 130/86 ish.
