Josun, I hope you are well. You have not responded to my messages. It's not easy, and I am sorry.
I'm sorry for not replying it's just been an extremely hard Time I've been struggling with a alcohol problem for the past months

L-Theanine works wonders for anxiety. I'd suggest the suntheanine form at 200mgs twice per day. I've used it an hour before bed to help with sleep. I've tried many other herbals but this one works best for me.
