I've seen lots of people touting the use of taurine to combat painful back pumps, i.e. - while using Superdrol. However, the range of amount used is wide. I see as much as 6g daily. You guys who use it, how do you determine how much to use? What seems to work for you?
I also see many people claiming that eating bananas helps. Is this because of potassium? If so, couldn't you just take some potassium tabs? I ask because I am presently keeping carbs down and although I love bananas, they aren't exactly on the 'best choice' list for me right now.
