How much taurine is safe?

These back pumps are killing me and I find that I am taking 6-8g of taurine a day, is that safe?

imo should be fine man, i didnt have ne taurine and was getting hell pumps, felt like my kidneys were gonna pack it in. but i was told to run 5-8+grams of taurine and mine usually went with n hour or more...
