So I have never logged anything before but figured I would Log this one.
Current Weight: 226
Body fat 15%
Height: 6' 1
I am running H-drol full force for 6 weeks at 75/75/75/75/75/75
and running Andromass on the 3rd Weeks full force at 6 pills a day.
I have Preloaded Cycle Assist and also take Taurine and Animal Pak for support Supps when back pumps come because last H-drol cycle
I was prone to really annoying back pumps and I ran it 50/50/75/75/75/75 Solo.
This is my 2nd cycle this year so hoping to make great gains.
I currently have Nolvadex for Pct, DAA and thinking on getting a Natty test Booster(any Recommendations?). Was curious if that is a good solid PCT or should i switch it for Clomid.(Never tried Clomid Differences are?)
If so whats the dosing for Clomid? I have done alot of research and my diet is always good. 6 meals a day. 40-80 Whole grain carbs per meal and 40-60 Grams of protein per meal. I also do a 5 Day split at the gym consisting of 2 weeks strength training and 2 weeks bodybuilding routines. Monday-Chest Tuesday-Back Wednesday-Off Thursday-Shoulders and Abs Friday-Biceps/triceps and Saturday Legs.(Legs are last because my job requires a lot of walking lol) I will be logging as much as i can and keeping everyone up to date. Let me know what you guys think.
