Day 25

Hit up the arms today. I am hitting the road tonight to go melt some faces with the band...should be a blast. I am going to get a picture up today!! Im not really sure what I am in for this weekend, but Im sure it doesn't go along with my current protocols LOL. I appear to be drying up a bit which is nice (I was puffy earlier this week for some reason).

Nutrition:

Paleo/Lean Gains Hybrid. Nutrition is good now, but things may get a bit sketch this weekend. I will make every attempt to eat as clean as possible...hopefully there will be some eating involved this weekend HaHa!

Training:

Rope Press Down: 7 sets 80lb x 10 (30 second rest between)

Close Grip Bench: 3 sets 135lb x 10

Lying Triceps Extension: 3 sets 35lb x 10

Straight Bar Curl: 7 sets 75lb x 10 (30 second rest between)

Day 26 and 27

As expected eating while on the road didn't really happen. Saturday I ate breakfast which was eggs and meat and well that's about all I ate. I felt like I was going to fall out during our set and I was cramping up terribly all day. I made every attempt to hydrate taking in at least a gallon of water. Supplementation remains the same. Today I am exhausted after spending two nights sleeping on the floor in a Sh!t hole house...excuse me attempting to sleep. Today was better got in some decent eats including a new paleo concoction (pictured below). I tried a chicken alfredo over spaghetti squash. It was actually really good. Tomorrow I will be back to the schedule and I must say I am looking forward to it.

Good work Green! Keep on killing it! I thought that chicken was tuna when I looked at it. How did you prepare the spaghetti squash? I know you cook it whole then scrape it out most of the time right? Curious though since I can't remember and my try this with my regular turkey spaghetti or to make some skyline chili.

I cut it in half the long way and laid it down on a glass baking dish seed side down. Cook it at 375 for about 45 minutes. I also filled the dish with about a half inch of water. You can also microwave it for 6 minutes per pound. If you microwave it just throw it in there whole on a microwave safe dish. Let that bad boy cool and like you said scrape it with a fork. It was surprisingly good with the paleo alfredo.

Day 28

I felt so much better today after a full nights rest and some food in my stomach. I ready to kick this guy up a notch...so heres the game plan. I will be cutting back the Epi-V to 2 caps per day and I will be adding in 2 caps of DMZ (30mg total) and 2 caps 550-XD. I will keep PCT Black in the mix and I have Letrozole caps (.5mg) on hand just in case. I started this today and plan on running it for 6-8 weeks depending on how my body feels. Nutrition is on point and training today was awesome.

Nutrition:

I am using a hybrid of Paleo and Lean Gains Protocols. I am testing out some new recipes this week so look out for some "food porn"

Training:

Incline DB Press: 3 sets 75lb x 10

Flat Bench: 3 sets 225lb x 10 (had to knock the last 5 reps down to 135lb to finish out its been a long time since I have done this exercise)

Cable Fly: 3 sets 190lb x 10

Cable Chest Press: 3 sets 150lb x 10

Cable Crossover: 7 sets 40lb x 10

Day 29

Flat out...I just felt like an animal today. All I have on my mind is training I cant wait for the work day to end so I can Hit the Iron. I trained legs today, and really upped the weights. I don't know if I am getting stronger or if i was just holding back, but my numbers have sky rocketed over the past couple of weeks. I am definitely getting leaner and more vascular. I noticed today veins running from the middle of my quads over my knee caps...very cool! My chest is very sore from yesterdays training...which in my book is "major success"

Nutrition:

I am using a hybrid of Paleo and Lean Gains Protocols. Today I made chicken nuggets coated in almond flour and coconut (baked) along with butternut squash soup...both were excellent. Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the food...I was so damn hungry I forgot LOL!

Training:

DB Calf Raise: 4 sets 80lb x 15

Leg Press Calf Raise: 4 sets 250lb x 20

Seated Calf Raise: 7 sets 80lb x 20

Leg Extension: 3 sets 210lb x 10

Squat: 3 sest 185 x 10 (A2G)

Hip Ad: 5 sets 110lb x 10

Hip Ab: 5 sets 110lb x 10

Leg Press: 7 sets 250lb x 10

Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets 160lb x 10

I was supposed to get in stiff leg deads and lying leg curls, but I was DONE...and there was an old lady getting friendly with the curl machine so I just said F it. Im gonna be a sore bastard tomorrow.

Day 30 and 31

A couple of uneventfull days. I had obligation to tend to so there was not much training going on. I am dosing 2 caps each of 550-XD, Epi-V and DMZ along with 1 PCT Black and 2 Liver Support. Body composition has shifted towards the more lean side. This last week has really been the turning point to where I am really starting to see results. I plan on getting some training in today and all weekend to make up for the last two days. Nutrition has been on point.

Day 34

My bad bros, I was out of town at a wedding and had NO WIFI!!!!! Anyway....the new supplementation is going excellent! Pumps are HUGE and I am talking after the first couple of sets. My chest and arms were so pumped today I could barley move. Some of the guys that usually lift around the same time as me were like "damn bro you're about to bust out of that shirt" and other similar comments! The crazy thing was that I felt like I was going to! Diet was not the best this weekend, but It was good to get some carbs back in the system. On a better note there was absolutely no alcohol consumption for me which is fantastic. Back on the ball this week with tight nutrition and training. I go for my final tattoo sitting tomorrow...I hope so training will be on hold tomorrow, but I think I should be good to go on Wednesday based on the area being tattooed.

Nutrition:

Paleo/Lean Gains Hybrid. This weekend left me a bit puffy, but it is dissipating already. I hope to have pictures up this coming monday.

Training:

Incline DB Press: 3 sets 75lb x 10 (felt heavy today...I think I set the incline too high)

Flat Bench: 3 sets 185lb x 10 (this is probably my weakest lift...I am really trting to focus on the technique right now)

Cable Fly: 3 sets 190lb x 10

Cable Chest Press: 3 sets 150lb x 10

Cable Crossover: 7 sets 40lb x 10

Day 40

This week was a total loss (in my eyes) I was doing well...but of course a "Green" LOG is nothing with out a major setback. I definitely picked up a bug from one of my students. The last two weeks seemed everybody was getting sick, and I though that I was going to make it through unscathed...I didn't. I literally stayed in bed the whole week (with the exception of the days I managed to get myself to work) I even missed my tattoo appointment...not cool.

Nutrition:

I will be back on the ball this week with Lean Gains/Paleo hybrid protocol. I cant believe how fast this combination of supplementation is putting mass on. With my sub-par diet this last week and lack of training has left me looking big but very watery. I am hoping to get things back to where they should be by the end of the week.

Training:

I managed to get in 35 minutes of elliptical today. I am still feeling a little queasy, but definitely on the up!

Day 41

Killed it. Nutrition is back on point training went well today and it seems the puffiness is subsiding. I cant belive the amount of mass that I am putting on with this supplementation. Its at the point where I see almost on a daily basis are saying "man youre bigger than the last time I saw you...what have you been doing?!) I have definitely noticed a difference in muscle density and fullness.

Nutrition:

Paleo/Lean Gains Hybrid. This protocol really blasts fat for me it is awesome, not to mention the best sleep I have ever had (not including G8). I will continue to follow this protocol. Today I made up some baked coconut chicken nug nugs with baked sweet potato chips.

Training:

Incline DB Press: 3 sets 75lb x 10

DB Flat Bench: 3 sets 70lb x 10

Cable Fly: 3 sets 170lb x 10

Cable Chest Press: 3 sets 130lb x 10

DB Flat Bench Fly:
7 sets 20lb x 10

I had to actually go down in weight on some of my lifts because I had a beastly chest pump. After the first few sets I feel as if I have completed an entire workout...awesome!

Day 42

I feel much better today. Training and nutrition are on point. I am having trouble sleeping for some reason, I think my body has gone into detox mode, flushing out the non-paleo food choices I ate last week. Chest is good and sore...which is always nice. I have my rescheduled tattoo appt. tomorrow but I should still be able to get in a workout with the wrestlers tomorrow.

Nutrition:

Sticking to the Paleo/LG protocol. I was planning on making fajita chicken salad with homemade salsa, but I forgot to get jalapenos and cilantro...so I just ate chicken with onion and peppers...nothing fancy but gets the job done.

Training:

I got in an hour workout with the wrestlers to day at school. It felt good to get back out on the mat and activate some of those dormant muscles. I will get in another workout with them tomorrow and hopefully get legs in thursday (depending on the severity of the swelling after this tattoo).

I eat sweet potatos, but no other tubers. No legumes either. The more I research the more I see people modifying the protocol. I guess like any nutritional protocol you need to tweak it for the individual.

Day 43

Busy as hell. A great day for nutrition, but unfortunately I didnt get in as much of a workout as I wanted (all the light weights showed up for practice). I am still feeling excellent, no negative sides and lots of energy. I am still struggling with sleep, but it seems my body is back to homeostasis so hopefully normal sleep patterns reurn shortly. I am predicitng that the excess water I accumulated will be gone by the end of the week, abs, striations and veins are returning.

Nutrition:

Paleo/Lean Gains Protocol Hybrid. Nutrition was on point. I could have eaten more, but there just werent enough hours in the day. I got tattoed yesterday which took up a huge chunk of my day. I threw together a romaine salad with avocado and ground turkey when I got home around 9:30.

Training:

I planned on working out with the wrestling team, but no heavies showed up for practice (they were scared haha). I did get a sweat going which is always good. My new tattooed are doesnt seem to be too decimated by the trauma, so I am predicting a very short healing window...which mean back to the weights (probably Saturday or Sunday).
