Day 9 - 147.5 (+2.0lbs)
Well guys today was leg day, I know I did not do alot of leg exercises by my left knee can only take so much of the motion. It looks as if a week of pct is going to be done in NC as my mom, step dad, and brother live down there and I'd like to go see them. We generally only see each other twice a year at best so I'd like to travel down and see them. Well here is my leg workout and a little rear delt work, energy and motivation provided by krewella and rob bailey&the hustle standard.
