In that case shorter intensive sessions. You could desing your workouts to rip up your lungs and forgo the cardio though.
Was thinking the same thing. I havnt had a tad of cardio in a year and I'm still decently lean. Gotta up the weight training intensity braaah :)

I agree with you both, this is why when I'm lifting I only give myself enough times to either adjust the weight, write something down, or drink some protocol. Other then that I keep it going. Il adjust next week.

Monday - bi's and tri's,
Tuesday - shoulders
Wednesday - back
Thursday - legs
Friday - chest

This will be next weeks plan and il see how it goes, I like it already.

Was thinking same thing as Dreamweaver and Monty; you look like the type who looks at a stairmaster wrong and drops 10 lbs lol. Got a buddy who's the same way and he wishes he could run but he's so skinny he can't make any progress when he does.

Bent over rear db raises are where its at! Make sure you get some kind of rear delt work in religiously, it's worth it for more than aesthetics. All the big compounds benefit from the added mass and stability of built rear delts (especially squat and the presses).

I agree Hyde, as I said I'm going to adjust next week. Maybe il hit them today because I missed them Tuesday. I was going to post food porn last night but I ate said food porn before the picture. Cod and scallops it didn't last long.

Day 9 - 147.5 (+2.0lbs)

Well guys today was leg day, I know I did not do alot of leg exercises by my left knee can only take so much of the motion. It looks as if a week of pct is going to be done in NC as my mom, step dad, and brother live down there and I'd like to go see them. We generally only see each other twice a year at best so I'd like to travel down and see them. Well here is my leg workout and a little rear delt work, energy and motivation provided by krewella and rob bailey&the hustle standard.

You do a great job snags, only so many free hours in a day. Thanks for your hard work. I can't wait for this stuff to kick in. When the andro fully kicked in I noticed some acne on my back, still have not experienced that yet with alpha so we will see.

Def start my morning wo out with Rob Bailey as well. Great station on pandora, technine, lil wayne. Then I usually switch to biggie and Tupac radio. :winning:

Day 10 - 147.7 (+2.2lbs)

So I forgot my notebook at work so I did not get my workout down on paper. It involved alot of slow heavy fly motions though. Really got my chest working and I felt it. Between that and my ART doctor kicking the crap out of me last night I can feel it pretty good right now.

On another note planet fitness has had signs up saying they were getting new cardio today. However there version of new cardio is removing all the benches, so as you can imagine today is my last day over there. I will be searching for a new gym today.

To be honest that's what kind of scares me. Ever hear of the saying to much of a good thing. More isnt always better you might be better off running 2 cycles. Just my personal thinking. But,I'm literally 1.5 times your weight and would run about only half the stack you are. Something's just can't be rushed. Ok I'm done preaching you seem to know what your into so just listen to your body. Hope it treats you well.

Not hating here, but this is my lone beef with Finaflex: this isn't over-the-top at all, this is how much product it takes to run a solid, efficacious 8wk cycle. Companies don't run on dreams alone and Fina knows it's more lucrative to dose the products so you need multiple bottles to have a real go. All the dhea metabolite products from all the companies are sold like this though so not like it's just them. Obv you may save a lot by not needing all the on/post cycle supports and chems that methyls require, but it sucks if you're stacking with a methyl and have to buy it all anyway.

I think you're really gonna like this cycle PRE; even with the methyl my lone real side is some acne 3 wks in. Not even blood pressure discomfort. Just gains ;)

I agree with what you say, I didn't say anything prior to your because I'm not one to sit in a thread and say who's right and who's wrong. This is technically a cycle ran at max dose so it's not like I'm running them higher then that.

Maybe the reps can give me a better understanding but the way I read it your running 3 cycles at max dosage at the same time. I don't see where they recommend running multiple products at max dose.

You can only spend so much time write safety procedures and conducting safety training before you feel the need to protect everyone. Good luck and I'll leave you be.

Only 2 compounds at a time from my understanding

550 + alpha 30 days
Epi + alpha 30 days

Either way though that's a lot

Also as far as price goes, these hormones arent like methyls where they are cheap ti make. The androsterones are quite the opposite of cheap.

I'm with eclipse. There are guys on the board recommending 2 methylated compounds at once and I'm catching crap for this saying this is a lot. Not at all.

Another point worth noting is OP is only even stacking 2 non-methyl compounds at any given time; the epi-v and 550 are not run simultaneously and currently aren't even scheduled to be bridged - just dropping one out for the other halfway instead of the same 2 compounds the whole cycle.

I wanted to try out a Smaller gym and I'm not a fan. 1 shower in the whole place and just not a ton of equipment. I like some stuff but hate other stuff, I love the location though but this will be short lived.

I was not super impressed with my workout which was a direct effect in my new gym. I chose this gym more or less out of anger and frustration toward planet fitness. Luckily with this one I am not tied down in a contract and can leave when ever, I think il have to pay next months fee but whatever right now I'm so focused on this cycle I'm not giving up till I find the proper gym for me.
