Morning everyone, another great and stressful workout yesterday that lasted about 2 hours! regardless I got a lot of good quality work done and am looking forward to hitting it again today!

It was kinda a mid week carb up HOPING that doms would be so bad today... but I was wrong and they suck
Gonna stick aroudn 300 for the rest of the week!
Dosing for yesterday was as followed

2 Slin sane with my higher carb meals
3 HMB, 1 with each higher protein meal.

And that was that!n Recover has been terrible lately and doms are absolutely destroying me so im hoping that today goes well. Ill be attempting a clean PR Double at 262lbs so itd be nice if I could get my 4 sets!!
