Well good morning all another solid session in the books yesterday on another low carb lifting session. legs were absolutely annihilated before and unfortunately my front squats seems to have went down! While i keep my back straight my legs are bowing a little bit too much for my liking so i will have to work on that... BUT did them pain free and they felt pretty good so definitely happy.
macros for yesterday were
72g fat (i dont include glycergrow into my fat count)
260g carbs
295g protein.
finished my cherry salsa at 1 am so that went on todays macros...
supplement dosing yesterday was
2 Alphamax at 9am and then 2 more at 1100 before ed
2 anabeta at 4:00 with carb meal and 2 more taken with some massive omelette
2g ALCAR 20min pre workout
4 X-Gels 20min pre workout
2 scoops GLycergrow 20min pre workout
1 scoop C4
Intra 20oz gatorade (with powder mix)
1 scoop glycergrow
1 scoop RecoverPro Aminos

I had every intentino on doing the same set and rep scheme as i would for normal squat and bench but because ive had a lot of time off im going to do the same set and rep scheme for clean and snatch. considering front squat wasnt in the main lift and its technically an "accessory" im fine with that.

these felt much better. glad I did them this way
3 way planks. 30 seconds each side (left/right/front)
3 sets of 15 rep side bends with a 35lb dumbbell---trying to get that left lower back/oblique area back to being conditioned again.
oblique cable holds. 15 seconds each side 37.5lbs on the first set then 45lbs the last 2 sets.
some extremely painful rolling out and home i went!
so NOW i realize that low carb destroys my body and essentially leaves me no chance to recover.gonna go ahead and give myself a higher carb day but hopefully i keep the sugars fairly low. gonna be a milk and cereal pre workout kinda day, but noodles rice and beef tonight thats for sure!
tomorrow is my last day on anabeta. today is exactly 8 weeks but i got 3 extra caps. and today is also supposed to be my last day on Alphamax but, i have about 12 caps left there and roughly 4-5 left in the other bottle from my first 4 weeks so Performax guys:
