Pretty sure you said you TWERKED something this morning. I'll need a video of that as well please.
Haha definitely said twerked. I tell my wife I twerked my back all the time. She doesn't find my humor humorous either lol

Or, he could just twerk in a dress, since a deadlift may cause pain.
Thank if you're in favor...
Negged... what is it with you today? So far today You want me to be a dehydrated eye browless twerker In a dress...Da fuq

The truth is, I know you're gonna make weight, so none of this is gonna happen anyway. I've got faith in you. A half of a pound is less that half of what my breakfast looks like. Easy money big man. Easy money.

Herro gents. Been stupid busy lately doing work and getting ready for a b-billet starting next month. Definitely haven't kept up with y'all or kept to my original goals. Haven't deaded or squatted in months it seems and bench hasn't been in line either. Due to this upcoming new job and the type of fitness I need to train for it I completely switched gears and just started a new routine about a month ago. Here's what I've been up to:

Mondays: chest/shoulders/abs
- 1 mile run for warm up, usually in 7:30 or less
- BB Bench @135 or Incline DB bench @55 , 7-10 sets, 20reps-max effort, with 0:45-1:00 rest between sets
- BB Shoulder Press @135, 3-5 sets, 1:00 rest, max effort
- FST7 Ab workout, 7 sets, 0:30 rest, 10-20 reps of whatever

Tuesdays: Cardio, 45 mins - 90 mins, 10:00-20:00 mins per exercise, treadmill/elliptical/Stairmaster/Arc Trainer

Wednesdays: Back/lower back/grip
- 1 mile run warm up
- 4 sets of various grip pullups, 10 reps per set, 1:00 rest
- 3 sets wide grip pulldowns, 10-16 reps per set, 1:00 rest
- 3 sets Stretchers or Cable Pullovers, 10-30 reps, 1:00 rest
- 3-7 sets Bodyweight Back Extensions, 10-20 reps, 0:30-1:00 rest

Thursdays: Cardio again, same as Tuesdays

Friday: Rest, no exercise outside of walking at work

Saturdays and Sundays: 5-10k humps with 60lbs in my ILBE, 7500-8500 ft elevation in the Sandia Mountains here in Burque

THERE You have it. Wrapping up week 4 this week. Down to 190lbs from ~200lbs, have to make 181lbs in the next 4 weeks. No dieting; SEE FOOD DIET- I SEE IT I EAT IT, AND A BEER HERE AND THERE HAHAHA. Oh and TRT at 200mgs per week split in two with 1g hcg between test pins...

So hit legs this am. Before that I met up with friends coach at the gym so she could do a caliper test. Readings came back at just over 9% 9.2 to be exact. I felt and looked a lot leaner a week or so ago but oh well. Forgot to take a pic of the scale but it read 210.4 this am as well. I'll try and get pics up tomorrow since I'm off work and wifey will be up to take them.

I like my grapefruit with splenda but still. Funny I saw grapefruit and immediately thought of your coach. LMAO Grapefruit is definitely an effective fruit for weight loss.

So not too much to report today last evenings activities the same as the last few nights. Looking a little leaner. I have to say I think I have this one in the bag. Just looking at where I was on the 8th which was basically there, and knowing I am still making improvements I feel very confident.

Definitely down for Dan Twerking!!! LMAO!

Hahahaha, you can enjoy your food. You might as well. It's what you're gonna eat if you want the results he's gonna produce. Many of us here have been on the snags eating plan. You'll learn to appreciate that grapefruit more and more. And get you some Justin's maple almond butter. Just don't tell Steve.

Almost there my dude. That is where I get stuck with heavy weight.

Yup and macros are no different that maranatha or most other brands that I've seen or tried. They have a few flavors.
My wife picked some up for me thinking I'd love it over my organic peanut butter. WRONG! I cannot stand almond butter. Organic PB for this guy

I guess that depends. I will make the weight requirement for the bodyfat percentage I was trying to lose. 4-5%... Woulda been 20lbs. I've lost roughly 24 since the start(224 this am)...However it appears I'm horrible at caliper use.

Started the deca today. 75 mg in each bicep. We're starting at 300 a week. It's dosed at 300 mg/ml. I'm gonna go as high as I can stand. I've got caber and prami on hand. I'll be running this like the set up out of Llewellyn's Anabolics, NO TEST. I don't think it's necessary.

Back and secondary hammys.

19+\-4 sets back 10sets hams

Meadows rows 5 sets

Hs pull down 5 sets

Cable row 5 sets

Stretchers 4 sets

Good morning. 4 sets

Hyperextension/ham killers combo 3 sets

Standing leg curl 3 sets

If anyone would like to see the hyper/ham combo let me know I'll record it. Feels very effective. My hams are quite fatigued.

Very enjoyable lift today.
