I'll be starting my first cycle of Epistane-clone (E-Stane) using a pulse 3x per week dose protocol with DC training. Since it's my first cycle, I wanted to do pulse cycling with a relatively mild PH to avoid sides and see how it goes. With the DC training 3 days a week it works perfect with the pulse cycle.
Goal is to gain and keep strength, lose fat/recomp. Starting DC training routine. Cardio/yoga on off days.

OFF days: Liv52 (2 caps), CL Blue Up, Fish Oil, Orange Triad, CLA, Green Tea extract, weight gainer/protein, Xtend, Anabolic Pump
PCT: Liv52, PCS, other regular staples
