I have and wouldn't recommend that. Hdrol/furaz would be fine, or another run of dmz.

Ultimately don't worry about glycogen/water, it's going to happen and goes away so it doesn't matter anyways.

Msten is like sd but with less gains and the same or maybe slightly less sides. Dmz is like sd but with less sides and similar gains if you dose it higher.

Stano is +/-.

I've run it a lot, 20 mg is useless. You want at least 50 mg.

I started at about 232, so not quite yet. Bf is about 10-11% now, prolly 4% drop from cycle start. I cut pretty fast so this isn't unusual; if just looks crazy bc of the carb refeed over the weekend. I was 237 before the weekend so it's only a 3 lb drop in about a week. With lots of stims and low carb diet I usually cut about 1-2 lb a week without losing much muscle with osta. I'll prolly lose a bit of muscle through the course of the cut but it's fine. I think I gained about 5-6 lb of muscle on the cycle and dropped 3-4 lb of fat, with a ton of water and muscle glycogen gained. I was up 13 lb despite keeping cals at maintainance so you have to assume most of those gains are muscle glycogen or water.
I'd take those gains anyday.

Tbh, I hear good things about the gains from Msten but I also hear to much about the sides.
I'll never run it.

That's why I chose DMZ.

I like msten too but dmz is the best; basically no sides and great gains.

Good workout tonight:

Rest pause curls with 155 lb Olympic bar (20 sec rest)

155 x 20, 8

Skulls with 155 lb Olympic bar, drop set to cgbp.

155 x 12, 18

Skulls really toast your tris; I can probably do 50-60 reps with 155 without the skull preexhaustion.

Giant set, no rest:

50 lb concentration curls x 8, reverse curl x 8, normal curl x 8, cross-body hammer x 8

Db overhead tricep press, rest pause:

120 x 20, 8

Seated incline hammer drop set:

70 x 8 full, 4 half
60 x 6 full
50 x 8 full, 4 half

Machine dip rest pause: 360 x 18, 7

Db Concentration curl rest pause:
60 x 10, 5

Rope pushdown drop set:
200 x 16 apart, 6 down
150 x 10 apart, 6 down

Nice pump! Glad I got a good workout after my lackluster one the other day.

My hats off to you on that one.

Even at my working weight lb for lb, I wouldn't make it through that. I'd be cramped up, puking or passing out lol

Good **** bro..

Yeah you have to stop when you feel your form breaking down.

I have pretty strong lower back muscles and use my inzer belt. I also don't work anywhere near my max.

Good to see another fan. I like to rotate between rope pull downs, Db pull overs and the Nautilus pull over machine. I'm truly blessed to have that at my gym lol I love that damn thing. i do some FST with that bad boy at the end of back day which destroys me, it's pretty much my fav ;)

Not a very commen brand in holland. Nautilus is my first love(ofcourse not all of the machines, but that's with all the brands)

No I ran mostly var and winny, occasionally dbol/tbol.
Looking back would you have considered dmz? what positions would benefit from it in your opinion?

Pct is over. Going to stop this log and make a new one once I start up with my new cycle!

This cycle was intended as a recomp cycle and I kept calories at maintainance during it and went to 500 below TDEE as soon as pct started.

Final results:

Cycle start 232 lb
Cycle end 245 lb
Pct end 236 lb

Chest 48 -> 49
Arms 19.5 -> 20.5
Waist 34 -> 32
Calves 19.5 -> 20
Body fat 15 -> 12%

Pretty good results over about 12 weeks.

You definitely can't complain with those results man. Dropped 3% and 2" on waist. For a recomp that's quite a successful cycle =) Strong work man
