So 4 days at 60mg and feeling good. Did have a slight headache for about 15 minutes this afternoon. So far that is the only hint of anything changing sides-wise. Strength-wise, feeling great. Got a little distracted by somebody mid-workout that slowed me down a bit and cut into my time, but what can you do? Crank the rest out with ferocity, that's what!!
First time I've done Lat Pull-Downs in quite a while. I have been doing pretty much only Pull Ups for lats for a long time. But crushed a weight that I was never able to before...easily. Thanks to weighted pull ups I'm sure. Also went for my 1RM Deadlift. Don't think I've ever pulled like this before. When I did 365 x 4 last week, the 4th rep was a hard pull, but not like today. When it's your max, the weight wants to fall back to the floor and you have to find that power to bring it up and lock it out. I liked it. Took about 4 seconds to get it locked out!!!

Changing my workout starting next Monday. Going to 1 major muscle group per workout instead of trying to get 2 groups in 1 hour. 3 days on, 1 off. So each group will get hit hard every 5th day. I want to do more exercises for Chest on Chest day, more Back exercises on Back day, etc.
Will be:
Shoulders / Abs
Back / Biceps
Chest / Triceps / Abs
Legs / Deadlifts
