cycle advise and suggestions - alphadrol

hey every one! i have been reading and reading and i think i am pretty good with what i have read. i am planning on a 4 (or 6) week alphadrol cycle. i just have read so much conflicting talk i am kinda torn, i got the basics though. i would like some suggestions for the "safest" way to do this cycle. i did some steriod cycles in high school back in the day but things have changed soo much since then. Got my diet down and routines just need advice on what every one is using for cycle support and PCT. thanks guys
