...I will only be looking to drop 2lbs or so per week during this log. If I take the product the way the bottle intends, I then plan to lose about 8lbs during this log...
Despite the ups and downs in nutrition, did you make a dent in your fat/weight loss, Chuck? I know for me personally, the fourth week saw the most drastic results, and my nutrition/diet is far from perfect.Nutrition

Yes, aT2 does contain methyl syn, which is a stim, but the effects are quite low.Alpha T2 is a stimulant or contains a stimulant correct? I used too many stimulants in the past so now I am stim free. I know this is a low intelligence question, however help me out please. Thanks!

Summary
I haven't had a chance to deadlift in a long time. I mean....a long time. Upwards of 3 months, if not longer. I wanted to smash that record tonight and go ahead and get some DL's in. Once I got 1 set in....I decided I wanted to find out where I am on DL's strength wise. The number is novice for most....but after not doing a single DL for over 3 months, i'm happy with the results!

I feel Prime is coming into it's own at this point. I hope it's not though....because then when it does I will really be blown away, haha. We shall see. I am going to try and find someone to trade with so I can get a 2nd bottle and keep this thing going.

So has mine - it will really be the LAST TWO WEEKS pre-competition that my diet is actually in check. However, along with my intense training (I'm backwards, and training affects me more than diet), the Alpha-T2 has helped me progress....I feel bad for the T2 because my diet has sucked buns so I havent much done it's justice....

I want more strength and I want it now. Well, weight isn't everything - although if you compete in weight classes re sport, that's different. I need to lose ~10lb for me to be 'safe' and ok with where I am at there, but like you I'm more concerned with my body composition and being lean - I don't want to sacrifice my muscle to get to a certain scale weight. Although, I DO get the odd benefit of having higher power:weight and strength:weight ratios when I get leaner and lighter.I wish I worked backwards, haha.
