FINALLLLLY recieved these today, now a question, i weigh about 205lbs, looking to bulk, what would a good dosage pre and post workout be for the creatine, bcaa powder, and quik carb!?!?
cool thanks for the response, there are no labels on this stuff so i was doing the conversions, and being that i suck at math my numbers were a littlle off lol.
A popular way to take the creatine mono is to load for 3 to 4 days at 20 grams per day to saturate your creatine stores and then maintain them at 5g ed, its also a good idea to take the creatine with high carb meals. I would take the majority of your daily BCAA dosage pre/during/post workout.
