What's up guys/gals ? It looks like there is some different faces following some of the BLR logs so I'll give a little background about myself. I'm currently 39yrs old, 5'8" and sitting at 202lbs as of this morning. I competed in BBing 5 years ago at a whopping 143lbs in Bantom weight. I've said since then I would step on stage again, and still haven't. Last year I had gall bladder surgery and then didn't start prep soon enough. This year I had planned on competeing and ended up being diagnosed with carpel tunnel in both hands. So now I am shooting for Nov. 7 which is 29 weeks from now. Gives me a good 13 more weeks to bulk, then 16 to cut. Right now I am sitting a lot leaner at 200 then I was previously. So as long as I keep my diet/bulk in check I should come in good in Nov.

Now to the fun stuff. I am following a modified 5x5 routine and have been for just over 3 weeks. I'll probably give it a few more weeks then switch up again, I normally go 6-8 weeks then switch it up, but my shoulders have been giving me fits from going so heavy.
As for my diet, I am following the norm, chicken, red meat, eggs etc, etc. I do have days like today where I just kind of eat whatever. I worked a weird shift today, 10a to 6p and didn't get any food to take with me, so it was a free day haha. I don't litterally track my food daily but I know what I need to eat each meal to hit my macros, ex. 6 eggs, 1/2 cup egg white, 1/2 avocado for breakfast.

As for supplements I don't use many OTC supps, including very little preworkouts anymore. I will either take a caffiene tab, or 3-4 scoops of amino energy which has caffiene in it. I use protein powder, but it is normally for a few extra cals in the morning or just a fill in if needed during the day.

As for hormones this is what I am currently on for my bulk;

Test E 600/week
Deca 300/week
Dbol 40mg/day started yestarday
Adrol 50mg/day finishing in a week
Test suspension 50mg preworkout only

So a pretty 'wet' cycle if that's what you want to call it. I will start the new Oral Ai next week. From the sounds of it, it should help keep my estrogen in check and really dry me out. If it does, it will be a huge plus. I am trying to keep my carbs below 250g/day to keep some bloat down, and wouldn't mind upping them some ;)

Follow along, comment, advise, do as you will. I plan on keeping things serious to give a true review for BLR, but don't mind some chit-chat and off the subject convos sometimes too ;) Start up pic ahead. I am no where near as Chef-like as tygatyga is but will throw in some food porn, and some lifting videos on the way.



I quick edit. You will see in my first pic I have had gyno surgery on my left side, and have it on my right. This pose is the most noticable of all poses as you can tell. It doesn't help I had a no name doc do my surgery and he got into the muscle when he did it :-/

Actually I just decided to quit the 5x5 and change to something else. From the bench pressing and shoulder presses it was really getting to my shoulders. I think the overhead press more than anything. I quit doing them previously because of shoulder issues. They just can't take heavy weights anymore.

I was waiting on that. ;) An actually I had read this earlier an had thought to myself when I got to reply I was going to say , I guess I should of listened to the Great Tyga this time!!

The Prolactrone is deffinately doing it's job. I am not only sleeping better, but more sound. The last few mornings when my alarm goes off and I am normally starting to wake up anyway, I have been dreaming when it goes off. Deeper, longer REM sleep possibly???

Not sure on the ORAL AI yet. Got some a little puffiness coming up on my right side. It has came and gone before even on strong AI's so I will watch it.

Probably Bpaks A-GVT. I have a copy of it and was going to do it today. I haven't looked through the whole program, but I like GVT and I am sure BP put a nice twist to it ;)

No sir, no pain. No change in small mass there now.
Ok good. I have faith in the compound but your on alot of stuff and have gyno present. This is why your a great candidate though. If itll hold off symptoms on that cycle itll be pretty incredible. ;)

When TD AI is released how well will it work with prolactrone and viron as a natty type stack,

Also Brundel i had nipple pain when dosing formeron @ 4 pumps per day in PCT and thought it was possibly gyno but there was no lumps and since being off formeron the nipple sensitivity pain has gone. Could have there been a problem with lowering estrogen too much.

The new TD will work really well with Prolactrone and Viron. Lots of potential stacks with the new AIs. Follidrone and either of them combined with Prolactrone and Viron is as good a natty stack as you will find.
INcreased test
INcreased HGH
Lowered estro
Increased Free test
Increased fat burning with the TD etc etc.

AN AI cant cause gyno. More than likely you had some sort of rebound from the cycle. May have been estrogen or might have been prolactin which Formeron wont help with. Depends on what your cycle was. For sure it wasnt low estrogen causing it because low estrogen would prevent estro driven gyno. Again this is why I think it could be prolactin.

I was going to do A-GVT's leg workout today but have a knot in my left quad so did arms instead.


90 sec rest periods 1st two exercises, 75 sec rest periods last two exercises


Tricep dips- eccentric accenuated tempo 4-1-X-0
BW + 45lbs 6 sets 5
BW 4 sets 5

Scott curls- narrow grip barbell tempo 4-1-x-0
70 8 sets 5

Seated french press- start with hands facing each other and rotate as they go up to palms facing ceiling tempo 3-1-1-0
110 3 x 10

This ^^^ was really hard to get set up, I almost need someone to hand me the rope after I sit down.

Incline DB curls with FAT GRIPS- palms facing up entire time tempo 3-1-1-0


I had a hard time waiting 90 seconds between the sets and doing the whole ten sets. I should get more into it as I go.


ORAL AI holding up so far. Not overly powerful were I am getting sore joints, but the deca should help with it. I am not sure if I am any leaner or not, but I definitely am not as bloated during the day or evening like I had been which is awesome!!

Not sure if I like the A-GVT or not. Not a bad routine, just some of the lifts are awkward, guess I don't do them enough. My elbows are aching pretty good today, I would say from the dips yesterday. Bis are more sore than tris.

Legs today. Again, a little different.

Seated unilateral leg extension- tempo 5-0-1-0 so five second negatives !!!
70lbs 10 sets 5

Single leg split squat- front foot on 4" platform, barbell on shoulders
95lbs 2 x 5
135 4 x 5

Goodmornings-
95lbs 2 x 10
115lbs 2 x 10

Step ups- on to knee high platform with bb on shoulders
60lbs x 10
80lbs x 10

10 min ab work

1st two exercises was supposed to be sets of 10. May just pull out my old PHAT routine and run it for awhile...


I read in another ORAL AI log that his libido was up? I have noticed the same thing the last 2-3 days. Wasn't going to say anything yet to see if it continued, but i can't keep my hands off my wife!! haha Deca seems to have the opposite affect on me so it is a good thing ;) Also the overly full feeling I normally have when on certain compounds is not there for the last week or so. My weight has went up a few lbs according to the scale this morning, but i am not bloated like usual. Another positive!

Going to cheat and have ice-cream tonight so that may all change haha.

Yeah love that this AI has an obvious effect on libido. A nice feature especially when on cycle. I'm on a phat routine for the second time and liking it so far.

It's possible "but" usually deca does the opposite, plus I was pushing a gram of test last time my libido seemed to skyrocket ;) we'll see how things go though. I'm not one to talk up a product if it don't work, wether sponsored or not. If it works, it works, if it don't, it don't.

I would say 80% have mentioned increased libido including all of the guys on aas.

I hit the gym tonight because I have to go out of town tomorrow. Going to help my brother move, so will be gone all day.
I will start a PHAT routine next week. I lifted with a buddy and just followed his routine tonight. Luckily we were both doing back.

Pulldowns x 4 sets
DB rows x 4 sets
Seated close grip rows x 4 sets
DB pullovers x 3 sets

Been awhile since I have done more than 2-3 exercises for a body part. Felt good !! Pretty pumped too :D

Haven't had BIC out for a bit, but will try to get some updated leg shots tonight. Quads are starting to pop pretty good!

So I am going to bump up the ORAL AI to 3 caps a day. I still have some puffiness on my right side, no pain, or growth of the lump, but I can tell my estrogen is still a little high. I think the main culprit right now is the suspension. It has some pretty bad effects on estrogen levels. So if 3 caps doesn't help I will either 1. drop the suspension all together (it has some bad PIP anyway haha ) or 2. Talk to brundel about upping to 4 caps. I want to make sure everyone knows in case they just started reading this log that I am on test , deca, Dbol, and suspension. So it is going to take a strong AI to keep E under control. From the sounds of it 3 caps should work.

I am on Day 8 with no other AI besides BLR's ORAL AI. Not overly bloated, even though I have been on deca for a month. As you can see in my back pics I am still relatively dry. But I also am not having any joint issues yet. I'll bump up to 3 caps/day until next Friday and go from there.

I knew this would be a good stress test.
Lets see how it holds up. I think 3 caps should do the trick.
Also we can always up the dose per cap in the finished product so lets see how it goes at 3.

Thanks man. I am miserable !! Whenever I get a sinus infection it kicks my ass!! Started off Friday with a runny nose and bad cough. The first time I woke up Friday night I was covered in sweat. The second time I was shaking uncontrolably and freezing. Yesterday ran a fever and fought a terrible running nose all day. Today blowing yellow/green crap out of my nose with sever sinus pressure. Don't know what it feels like when your dying, but I think I have an idea haha.

Going to the gym while sick is just never worth it, no matter how much bravado you manage to muster beforehand. Particularly if your sinuses or anything else which affects easy breathing is involved.

Thanks conkertheking. I felt well enough to go tonight. Except I started a PHAT program on the heavy day and it took a lot out of me. I'll post it up in just a minute.

First day on my new PHAT routine. Upper body power day. Being sick for the last 3 days my weights weren't to bad ;)


Bent over BB rows-
warm up sets, weights - reps

Weighted pull-ups- Last time I did these I had tendonitis for a month!! So I did neutral grip this time hoping it don't flare up

Flat barbell bench- Need a spotter to get another rep or two

Won't do these again. Aggravated my shoulder.

Skull crushers- with pre-loaded straight bar

BLR ORAL AI update
3 caps/day seem to be working better for me. My last pin, deca/test, was Saturday. Sunday there was some puffiness (estrogen peak the day after pin) I am not sure, just my thoughts. Yestarday and today have been a lot better. Puffiness not completely gone, but almost. I do want to note, I have read some other threads were guys down others for saying " My nips are puffy, I am getting gyno!" I know my body well enough that when they start getting puffy, if I do not do anything about it, the knot will start getting bigger and more pronounced. If I keep my estrogen in check and low the knot will not change, and has actually gotten smaller than it was before. I do not mess with it every day, but will check to see if this AI will help shrink it any through the log. Hopefully I can stay at 3 caps and not have to up the dosage anymore. I will get another bottle if needed to continue this log to give it a good run to show how well it does/ or does not work. So far I believe it will do the job, only time will tell.
