What are some good supplements to get rid of that bloat and "puffy" look in the face and belly. So far I got these supplements after some researching:

Formeron
11-KT
Dry-Uretix
Dry-Rub

So what works and what am I missing from this list? With summer coming up, I thought this post might be useful.

Lots and lots of water, potassium, taurine and cut back on salt and simple carbs. Also check out Formutech Carve for some advanced water loss

Reduce XT is usually my go-to for OTC. A drop in estrogen can help lower the "bloat" look. However if you're bloated from diet, you could look in to Glycophase. GDA's are fantastic for reducing bloat due to carbs and controlling insulin spiking. Glycophase during the summer is crucial for me, always take before meals if i'm headed somewhere where my shirt will be off :D

Creatine has been associated with bloat, but it may be an application/individual specific situation but if your using it you could maybe try to cycle off for awhile.

+1 for Ostabol.

I pop 2 AnaBeta every time I am about to gorge on some bad food...crazy how well it keeps that gorge bloat feeling at a minimum

Reduce XT tends to reduce water weight for a lot of people. Similar MoA as to how a drop in estrogen reduces water retention if I recall correctly.

Wow this is really helpful. I have been dealing with bloat for quite some time.
The only thing that has helped me at all is Kombucha.
