Still same feelings: I did notice that my muscles are starting to get really tight. Almost to the point that when I stretch, they feel like there going to cramp. Think I might up the water a little more. Other than that, everything is still pretty much the same.

I guess I'm waiting for the "on" feeling to hit me. I can't complain, I did toss up some new PR's in just 7 days. My back does look a little fuller, same as my arms! I just hope something just kicks me in the ass before the next 16 days.

I think this is shaping up to be one tight ace compound.

I love the feeling of "the stretch" when you start getting "on", feelinglike that is great and just lets you know your muscles are goin crazy eating everything up and waiting to destroy the weights.

OFF Night

Week 1 Review

178 (+2)

Major items to note:
- muscles are very tight
- oily skin doesn't appear to be a problem anymore
- great mood
- really haven't felt that tired, even after a 5 hour night of sleep
- sweating like it's 100 degree's during workout

* also noticed that today about 45 minutes after taken 3-AD I felt hot! I'll have to keep a closer eye on this tomorrow.

Hoping to put up some good numbers tomorrow night.

Cardio: After a 2 mph warm up (2 minutes), then a 4 mph increase (2 minutes), it was an all out 2:35 minute run for my life at 8 mph. Cool down with a 4, then 2.. But felt great! .75 mile HITT 9:01....then I got tossed out of the gym.. Closing.

I believe tonight was the night that I’ve been waiting for!! I was just exhausted before going to the gym. My wife and daughter are both sick, so I pretty much get my downtime between 10pm and 1:00am (get up for work at 6:30 am). This is just horrible for a sleep pattern, but sleep like a baby when my head hits the pillow. I’ve added 2 cups of green tea to my diet (mid morning & mid afternoon).

All in all, I think this had to be one of my best workouts EVER! I seriously might work my chest one of these nights till I can’t push any more weight.

Started the night off with bench and after I put up the 190 like it was nothing (10lb increase from last chest workout), I knew it was on from there.....


The following were just on point tonight:
Energy (after first set)
Drive (focused on one thing, P.R.’s)
Endurance (I honestly think I could have added 1 or maybe even 2 more sets in to each workout.)

seems thats the release date according to bigsmith.... but me geting it is a different story... my funds are nill right now and the only reason I can even justify buying protien is cause its a cheaper breakfast then the buying out alternative Ive been doing iwth my busy work.......

poops is sad but I know it will be there when I ned it though and im still stoked to see the results and cant wait for the write up so I can make sure to know how to stack/expoit it to the best of my ability.

seems to be the PLCAR causing this. Its wasn't an expected result. one of those pleasant surprises. Seems to be dumping fatty acids into the mitochodria to be used for energy. Its a very cool process and happens to be an added benefit. Although Picalmilon and PLCR together can improve focus and activity in the gym there are no CNS stimulants in 3AD.

Lite Cardio, took the dog for a 1 mile run and a little jump rope at the house (that's for you Sinner).

Back's still pretty full, Bi's are still sore and tight, made it to bed at 11:00 pm last night and slept like a baby till 8:00 am (that never happens). Other than that....

The last 10.5 days should be pretty sweet!

Overall, felt tired today and had the family with me at the Y... so it was like a speed workout. Finished all of this in about 35 minutes. Back wasn't feeling that strong today, even though I put up a PR. Muscles are still very tight, well the upper body is. Really hate to see this run come to an end, but I get to look forward to my first run at aPCT. From what I here, the gains still keep coming and of course it has one of my favorite ingredients in it (Bromo)!! Remember, I packed on about 10lbs when I logged HX2.

Well, I'm entering my last week of 3-AD!! Time to change up the diet and push harder than ever!!

Overall not a bad workout. Since the weathers getting nice, wanted to hit the legs a little harder tonight (calves). I have no idea why that damn standing calve raising machine tears up my traps. I'll have to hit up the Smith machine and do these to see if it has something to do with the pads. Bi's were a little weak tonight... think I used all my energy on the Preacher Curls.

I look at it this way, it may not of been the best workout, but I was at the gym and not sitting on my ass watching TV. Oh yeah, and if your reading this sitting in your computer chair eating some leftover Easter candy ... drop and give me 20!! move it...move it.. move it!!!

I've found my P.R. song... Rollin' by Limp Bizkit - anytime I want to set a new P.R., that's what I have on!!

your just pullin PR's all through this man!

I ALWAYS get that messed up marking/bruising from the standing calf rais machine and from the bar when doing squats, its just alot of damn weight sitting on your shoulders so its bound to do something, everything else you lift is on your hands or feet so you dont notice how hard it would really be say if you were to use straps around your forearms for curls.... bet that would mess you up too.

That little workout yesterday, jack'd my back! Muscle cramp in my middle right side of my back. Hurts like hell....

Crunches
6 sets of 15 = 90

20 side crunches each side x 2

Still feeling great besides the issue in my back, but that's my own fault for going a little crazy yesterday.

Might pop some Vin-Vin to deal with the pain.

* The oily skin is back..
* Not sweating as much..
* Pushing myself beyond my limits

I have to agree with Hank... one of the best products out there!

178.5lbs (nothing major on the body weight, it's been all in the gym!

Sometimes, when you do the same exercize too many times, it will have an adverse reaction within the fast twitch fibers causing them to send out sensory nods to your other surronding muscles/ligaments leading to improper balance with muscle contraction. Try to limit doing the same compound movement no more then 5 times before moving to something else.

Log looks good. Your feedback is appreciated!

Probably a good thing. I've found that it's a bad idea to hump such things as electrical outlets, garbage disposals, hot cups of coffee, and your shoes. Other people's shoes are ok, though.

Since I missed the past two workouts due to the pain in my back, I decided to do an alternate workout on Saturday with chest, bi's and cardio....

(bi's were pretty well pump'd after the preacher curls and have been running out of gas after them. May switch that to the end of my bi workouts for PCT)

Like I said, should have been a cardio/ab day.... but had to workout something after missing a few days.

Haven't had a major sweat like I did in the first week or so like I used to. Other than that, I have noticed a little tingle in the boys lately (about 45 minutes after my dose of 3-AD!)

Strength is still increasing and feels good to finally break the 200 mark on bench and comfortable working out with 205.

Sad day on Wednesday.... last day (1/2 dose)

**Woke up around 2:30 am to hit the pisser, and my bi's were pump'd and solid like someone jamm'd two softballs in them. Craziest feeling (great), but was like WTF... solid look!
