High test levels don't always mean maintenence of muscle. I've consulted numerous TRT patients who in their 20's weren't muscular very much. It's a wide arrange of things from diet, metabolism and muscle stimulation. There is a common misconception that young people have very high test levels and while true it isn't always the case.
I've gotten to where I am from food, lifting and just learning along the way. I want to do a PH cycle or two, but I know when I'll need it. Alot of people do it to get results faster. That isn't a bad thing at all because everything is a personal choice.
PH will help you no doubt, but how you maintain what you gain will dictate the future. This applies to external (gains) and internal (test levels).
