The strawberry kiwi in about 12 oz of water is spot on has a little bite to it but I really enjoyed it.... Hopefully I get to try some more tomorrow.............

I have been using this in my intra workout shake. Been combining 2 scoops of HumaPro with 100g karbolyn. Recovery has been tremendous. So far have tried the old orange, which I like, the sour grape which was ok and the apple cider. Orange has been my favorite. Pretty much went through 4-5 tubs so far. This summer I was replacing food with humapro, I was dropping fat quickly. It's not magic, and it doesn't taste great, but if your about quality products, this stuff is phenominal.
