Whats up AM... Im new around here but enjoying the site thus far and all that it has to offer. Tons of knowledgable peeps with quality posts on here. Thought i'd start a log to give back in part from the knowledge that I picked up on here plus a generous prize I won from the USPlabs forums. My name is Monte, I weigh 183lbs +/- 2lbs depending on diet/training days at just under 6' by about 1/8th of an inch. Studying Chemical Engineering at KU and a key manager at Vitamin Shoppe in KC. Im currently training fasted following IF protocols but soon to be following USPlabs FTP regimen. I typically consume around 2300kcals a day average unless its a leg day where I usually consume closer to 2500/2600kcals. My goal is to build lean muscle mass while losing body fat. So far I've gone from 155lbs in January 2012 to where i'm at now. I've significantly reduced my body fat and i've added a sh$% ton of muscle compared to what I used to have lol. I've implemented USP product this whole year. One of my favorites has been PRIME. I grew pretty quickly the first couple months this year utilizing PRIME and it's been a lasting size and strength that hasn't diminished over time. About a month ago I won a contest on USPlabs' forums for a year supply of 2 products of my choice thanks to Jacob and Casey. I chose my favorite PRIME and AP as my GDA.

The goal for this stack is to get a full 8 Week cycle on DAA. I've ran USPlabs Test Powder twice now and can't explain how much I'm diggin this product... that ALPHA feeling that I experience from this is incredible... So why not figure out a way to run it for 8 weeks right? So here's my stack....
Weeks 1-4

So I got all the tools I need... now on to my training. All summer long i've workout doing a 5 day split style 3 days on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off focusing on a major area each day... sprinkling LISS cardio on legs days and in between. This week however, I've decided to change up my routine. I picked up on Kris Gethin's DTP off bb.com and am running that for 8 weeks to see what kinda of results I will get. This is a pretty tough routine for me right now just because all summer long my body was used to lifting reps of 8-12. Now i'm doing supersets with reps as high as 50! It's kicking my a$$... especially leg days. This routine is a bit unconventional but i'm willing to take a chance on it and see how I fair out on it.
