Focus on being able two bench 1.5 times your body weight and squat 2 times your body weight. You have to achieve significant strength before you can gain significant muscle mass. Train all compound movement for all muscle groups in rep range of 5- 8 for strength.

Back squat 330x13. PR Previous 13 rep PR was last month 315 for 13.
2 weeks into PCT and I am still up 12 lbs LBM and down 3 lbs of FAT from start of day 1!

Cut clomid down to 25mg today.

Thanks bro. What does your PCT look like? Also, I did drop 6 pounds total since starting PCT. Are you keeping track of body fat? Maybe you aren't losing much muscle....

I'm a hard gainer so my body knows natty can't go over 205 unless I want to be fat. Took two cycle to get to 230 and miss that king of the jungle size

Still up 12 lbs lean mass from beginning of cycle. Still down just under 4 lbs of fat. This has been an impressive cycle!

-body composition, feel smaller, body fat remained same with weight loss. Believe the weight loss to be intramuscular water that was being retained.
Ending clomid after 3 weeks. I believe it's causing some ED. 3 weeks should be plenty. Going to keep the Laxo though. Going to start tapering that off going to cut down to 4 tabs a day.

Took week off. Went back at it today. Set PR on bench. 210 for 10 reps. Beat last 10 rep lift a little over month ago which was right end of cycle (205 for 10 end of March)

I go through that on the weekends a lot right now. I am laying sub flooring in the attic on the weekends (last 3 weekends). it is hard work and hot and I sweat up a storm. I look (and weigh, by a couple of lbs) smaller on Sunday night than I did on the preceding Friday night. I gain it right back Monday (both look and scale wise). I figured it was the LGD retaining water, until I sweat it all out, then replenish it the next week. Thankfully I am just about done with the attic work, now comes the moving of boxes into that new-found storage space :).

Funny thing. After the week off, I have a much better pump after lifting yesterday.(even day after)
And I cut back a little volume on assistance.
I really think I was over trained. I felt like hell couple weeks ago.

Missed pr on overhead press other day. And missed pr on deadlift today. It appears that laxogenin had a tremendous effect on maintaining gains from the cycle. I definitely need to do a better job with finishing next time. I would think 8-12 weeks tapering down slowly on laxogenin would possibly allow me to keep all the gains next time.

That is interesting or just coincidental? Might be worthwhile getting bloods. The serms being out of your system, perhaps just to confirm test levels are stable? You feeling great otherwise.

Going tomorrow morning. Getting test, estro, fsh, lh, rbc. The women's hormone panel. I went through a couple week period with a touch of the ED. That was a couple weeks into clo and a couple weeks after stopping. I really think the laxo allowed me to hang on to the strength. May consider using that solo, for longer term usage.
However last night on bench only missed a PR by 1 rep. So I don't know... Haha

that is the one thing I noticed while taking topical laxo myself, was the strength increase. Not much else, but I definitely felt stronger.

Seems like the big two are in range, Test and E2. Since I am on TRT I haven't paid attention to the others, so I don't remember the ranges for them any more :(
