That's a nice and random increase! Is the increase visual not the mirror? Log is looking great sir!
I have hard time seeing differences in mirror. But I can say pants are fitting the same or looser, and shirts are getting much tighter. So that's a good sign. Normally at this weight I feel totally disgusting, not so now...

Honestly I don't know how much more I could have asked for to this point, hitting rep PRs by 3-7 reps and am up 10lbs in 4 weeks, 9:1 ratio LBM to fat. If I can replicate this output for the final 4 weeks and hang onto a lot of it with use of laxogenin I would be thrilled.

Completed 2 straight 531 cycles without a deload. Now going for another 3rd cycle. All the while setting PRs every session. Cost wise this is going to end up costing: $400 with everything.(2 bottles LGD, 3 cans trest, 30 ml AI, 30 ml liquid clo) not counting aminos protein and regular stuff obviously. That's pretty expensive IMO. But there can be no doubt that results are happening. Waist no increase at all, gained 4 inches on chest, BF down a point or 2, up 10 lbs, lots of PRs. 2nd third of cycle wasn't eating like I could have. I'll try to finish strong diet wise, but my appetite not as strong and I have been extremely busy.
