My powerlifting coach got me doing this now...slow down , stay sitting my ass down for 2-3 secs, and then I have to explode up...I was so humbled with squats, my weights went down so bad to be able to do this.Nice workouts man. The 2 sec contraction at the bottom is bad ass my legs have grown 2 inches since I started that. I do all my squats now 4-2-1-1 weight doesnt matter with that tempo.
On top of that, the mofo wants me to add BANDS to that to get stronger and faster! If it works, I'll love the guy forever, if it doesn't, I'll be angry haha
