I have done keto and it works great for me., low carb always does but I crave them all day and it drives me insane.Meal looks good, i am currently ketogenic but cannot wait till i start lean bulking by introducing carbs in the next 6-8 weeks.
It makes it much harder to adhere to but i find it fats are high enough the cravings do ease off, but towards later stages i start carb re-feeds to maintain sanity.I have done keto and it works great for me., low carb always does but I crave them all day and it drives me insane.
