Took yesterday off. My allergies are killing me this week. I know I know allergies?? Puss c! Well they literally knocked me on my ass the last two days. Sneezing at least 100 times a day flushy red face on and off all day no energy. Blah blah.

Today I felt a tab better or at least rested so I did a push pull workout that was awesome

Deads
3x15
5x10

Flat BP
3x12/10/10
3x8/6/6

Pull ups
3x12/12/10

Incline Hammer strength press
4x12

ISo hammer strength high row
4x12

Hex Press
3x15

Face Pulls
3x15

Peck Deck
3x12

BB Rev Shrugs
3x20

Hanging leg raises
3 sets failure

Pre concoction was
1 scoop Speed X3 (wow)
4 uncapped Max Pump (omfg)

Best combo I've used to date. The pumps were similar to X-Gels and SX3 had me sweating like a pig with all the short rests.

Bcaas 2 scoops intra

Protein pancake post

Morning weight still hovering around 199-200 upon waking and 204-205 b4 bed. So things are leveling out come Monday ill be adding some carbs.

You sir haven't even began to feel the awesome. Give it about a week. After a week u will be good and saturated and the domination will begin :p make sure to take it before bed on non training days as well.

Ha I know all about allergies man. I have pollen allergies and it fuks me up bad at least 3 times a year. So I feel your pain lol

Allergies are no joke, dude. They can be down right debilitating. So don't get down on yourself too much, bro. Just do what you can and get through it. Because I know how much it sucks.

Please elaborate on this dosing. Just take all 4 b4 bed on off days?

Indeed they are no joke. I will I am a puss c when I'm sick lol I like letting the wife take care of me. But allergies literally knock me on my ass

Yeah take all 4 before bed on off days. Don't worry about uncapping them on off days.

I have been taking mine around lunch time on off days... I will change that Sunday on my next off day..

I ended up finding 3 PM, 3 AM worked best or me. Not before workout as that seemed to just ruin my fun and felt like shyt while lifting. The pump is stoopid awesome once you reach saturation!

Okay these last two weeks have been crazy. Been studying my ass off at night trying to get through all this real estate crap so I can make my transition over. This is taking longer than I thought and is honestly stressing me the **** out.

Diet has been great actually all week or so. Still hanging around 275/175/70 for macros. As a result of this I've held a steady weight of 212-213 pm and 207-208 upon rising. If I can maintain this the next few days ill be bumping carbs up a bit more next week.

I'm feeling stringer than I ever have. Today I did
205 for 10x10 with 35 sec rests all the way through. Ill be doing 225 next week as this was fairly easy. The other day I got 315 for 9 on my last set of 10x10 (parallel not ATG).

Now I haven't been posting numbers mainly because I think they're irrelevant and tbh some of mine aren't very good. Example, I've truth key never done deads since I hurt myself doing them in college but they are currently part of my 10x10 program. And I'm picking them up nicely. Last session I was able to easily do 250 for 10x10 which again isn't a ton but for me it's progress.

My shoulder is bugging me again so I'm back to chest once a week and will currently be doing legs twice a week. Gotta grow these puppies.

I will post all workouts starting next week since my outline has changed.

Hopefully ill be starting with a new coach in the next few weeks. My goal is to win my class at the sane show I did last month next spring. From. There I'd like to do a couple more and hopefully qualify for a national show. I know it's a big task but I will stop at nothing to achieve this and prove to myself I can do it. Things will go into high gear once I get settled in my new job hopefully by fall.

Body comp has improved significantly since last week

7-10-13 Update

Sorry guys still busy as fock. Still training working and studying. Studying should be complete in the next few weeks :)

Will be posting pics in the next three weeks probably that would be 8 weeks or so on this program. I have a b4 pic to compare.

Weight is holding steady at 215 am 219-220 pm. Protein will drop to 250g and ill bump carbs up to 200g starting next week. Def holding water but fat gain has been very minimal according to my calipers.

How is the new career training going Bean?
Stressful. I have 14 hours of my 90 hour requirement for real estate left then I wait to take my exam then ill inform the family I'm leaving the biz and figure out how long I'll stick around to help train my replacement. Our warehouseman just quit so this has added stress and hours to my day. I'm thinking if everything goes as planned ill be practicing real estate by October at the latest :)

Yeah lol. After my rebound from show (and the beginning of this thread) I was holding steady at 199-201. So I'm happy with where I am :)
