Weight is holding steady at 215 am 219-220 pm. Protein will drop to 250g and ill bump carbs up to 200g starting next week. Def holding water but fat gain has been very minimal according to my calipers.
He makes us all looks like shrimp...trust me...Dem gains... Yeesh your making me feel like a shrimp
