Introduction:
Tidings! I started C:20 yesterday and initially was not going to run a long. I'd read enough of the other ones to feel as if they had perhaps already given me an idea of what I should expect from this supplement. Turns out I was wrong. Here I am on day 2 and I took my first serving of the day with my typical morning breakfast: 1 packet of Oatmeal, 1 cup of Oikos Greek Yogurt and two cups of decaffeinated green tea. Within one hour I felt incredibly low on blood sugar and had to scarf half of the emergency protein bar that I keep in my backpack. Three hours later I'm thirsty as all hell and my body literally can't wait to receive another carbohydrate to shuttle it off to some unknown purpose.
My decision to log this product started yesterday afternoon when I took my second dose at 4 with a targeted gym time of 6. I took that dose with an apple. That apple was not enough. I got up from my chair and had the hypo dizzies for a moment. Back to the drawing board, right? Right. I had two more apples. Made my gym date at 6 and had a fantastic workout. Not attributing this to C:20; I always have fantastic workouts.
So here's my log. I'll quickly get up to date and keep it rolling from there. Word, yo!
