Well i was so sick today that i took day off well worked/slept from home but i did frag myself to the gym

Need to get well soon and want to finish the cycle with a bang and i desperately wanna step up the cardio in these last few weeks that is gonna be tough the way i feel right now.

Cycle wll end April 21st

Have 2 more injects of ten6hundred at which point i will be finised with the Deca... I will continue with Test Cyp 1g and EQ 600mg with Halostein commencing March21st @70mg ED..... Tren Suspension will be added @ 112mg each heavy 1 1/2 hours pre WO days (legs,chest,back) 4 days a week for the final 4 weeks

Im still debating the dose of Halo as this will be my first run spoken with couple of guys one of whom says 70mg is the upper end of his scale with the other saying it is to much

Cardio will be ramped up just as soon as i feel bit better

Didnt log as it was carbon copy of last weeks bi/shoulders

Struggled to get same reps with same weight as last week but i did truly doubt i would have gotten them if it hadnt been for my log, it was all mental "got 8 reps last week i must be able to get 8 today im not weak i am sick, now do it"

Ive been really struggling to maintain the calories and have been force feeding myself quite literally wanting to gag on food and subsequently down a couple of pounds

I remember the pic of you standing on the beach when you got started and now the pic of you on the beach with your son....goals set...goals made...and goals still being made !

It's a fairly toxic compound. I think that things like Halo, Milberone (cheque drops), and methyl-tren are best pulsed for workout aggression and instant strength. Powerlifters, boxers, MMA fighters and strongmen love these things before their events.

It's possible to run them daily as either a kick-start or even on the tail-end of a cycle of injectables. You just need to keep an eye out for toxic issues. You know the ones mate. Light, sandy colored stools, yellowing of the whites of the eyes, yellowing of the skin or nails. Dark urine (kidney toxicity). You know the drill. You'll be fine if you decide to run the Halo daily. You might want to start low like 50 mg. and ramp up if you feel the need to. :thumbsup:

70mg of Halotestin sounds like a bit overkill...i'd stay start at 40mg and see how it goes. Friend used it at 30mg a day and absolutely loved it. He went up to 40mg and said sides became a little more pronounced. 70mg seems like it'd just be dangerous lol. Good luck bro and keep up the good work!

Been sick almost a week now and legs were the straw that broke the camels back

Was completing my 2nd set of squats 5 x 365 and had to dump the weight as I almost passed out. Took about 5 minutes to recovery and decided to pyramid down from 315 got to 225 and was feeling much better so went for 225 max reps got to 22 and then had to make a bee line to the bin and hurl some chunks :(

Drank about half gallon of water and finished out with some light leg extensions and the some machine leg presses. Wasn't pretty and I feel like sh!t and now I hvae to try and eat post WO shake went down OK not looking forward to smell of cooking may have to go buy brunch somewhere :(

Well that was the shortest plan of attack ever.....

Just not going to happen :(
first set of 385 didnt feel right 2nd set hurt dropped 20lbs to 365 and that didnt feel great on that note i am abandoning any attempt of 405 x 8 just not worth the risk.... Ill focus theses last few weeks on high reps and building few extra lbs of muscle and hopefully ill be 100% in condition to take another run at this at the end of Summer

It's been fascinating watching your progress. You're lifting some heavy duty weights and that's quite a feat. Did you ever use the Cheque Drops? Really curious how those worked... As I prepare for my blast starting in April, I've been increasing the reps and sets, trying to get everything ready for what's to come. I feel quite a bit stronger by just increasing the volume, not the load. I think your approach is spot on and will pay off when you start round two. Good luck on the remaining weeks. Main thing is stay healthy!

Felt much better today still coughing but felt good and strong, I dint really log anything as I missed my AM WO and stole an late evening session until gym closed at 10pm

Little bit of everything including some strong cable rows 3 sets of stack x 15 and felt easy. Moved on to deads and pulled some one arm 315 x 6, 405 x 1 NP and 635 x 1 with both hands and gripps, definitely could have added 20lb. Seems my dead has become my best lift and progress has some relatively easy, finished with weighted pull ups 45lbs to failure think 5 sets between 12 and 8 reps.. Oops also did some behind back shrugs in power-rack and my usual farmer walks

That look is not for me !!! not sure where my bf% is right now esp with the Deca still in me but i would be happy if im back to 10% in 5 weeks... I still have a considerable wager on the line first to 240lbs @ 10% and it enough to pay for a couple of cycles :) so i wanna maintain 10% until i can lean bulk again which will be a 10 weeker to the goal line, Im thinking of taking a gamble and doing a cycle of MENT ;) 60ml is going in the war chest anyway

He is 234lbs approx 15%bf right now but just started a 10 week recomp with Test Prop, Tren Ace, Winny and HGH

50 minute run 740cals

WO was a mess was 10 minutes into it and got a work call that had to be taken care of I was like 20minutes into it barely warmed up and had to abort :(

Glad I got the cardio going again sun came out and I hit the pavement in the am for 50 minutes 740cals 1cc of hellos 20 mins pre run and started T3 at 50mcg. I'm wearing my HR monitor for a 24 hour period to see how they effect my cals. 8hours 30mins 4,028 cals I am a thermogenic monster

Hey guys, whats up i havent been here for a while. Im thinkin about jumpin on gear the last time ive lifted seriously was 2008 to 2009 but due to work i cant find the time i still go on and off. My weight has dropped significantly im still 6'3 but now im 160 soaking wet. eating has become an issue but im starting to get there im 25 never geared in my life but im gonna jump on tst and deca anyadvice besides sarcastic ones. besides eat eat and lift then rest?and im 25 now btw im sure with 3 protien shakes mxed with 3oatmeal packets a day with food will help my calorie intake

I just need some loving i feel like an ass clown got real skinny 2 years ago i weighed about 185 and then made a nice 15lb jump to 200 now im 160. 2011 and nothing seemes to work my old diet or nothing fugg eating clean at this point im jsut gona eat eat and gear up deca and test help me out brothers 1st cycle btw

Hey ed, gotta quick question for ya, I am on week 11 of a 12 week cycle. Been doing 400 of test e and androlean was added this week for something to have while test clears my system...should I add in Arimidex now for every 3 days and subside as soon as pct begins? My thinking is that as the test clears my system, won't estrogen spike to high levels, until I begin serm? My nips are slightly soar now, nothing major by any means and I'm not so sure its not just from checking them... what's the general consensus on my question?

You have 6 good weeks until that film festival. That tren-suspension + diet + cardio, will get you in the desired shape. You'll be lean and very mean by then. :mischievous:

That tren-suspension makes me downright HOT!! And not merely hot.....but as the indigenous folk of my region prefer to say, "HAWT!!" :684:

I've also had just a little trouble sleeping lately. Gotta grab a cat-nap in the afternoons sometimes to make up for the sleep deficit. You won't grow if you don't sleep.

I've also found myself rushing between sets without even intending to. Pacing around like a mad-man. I'm just so fukkin' amped and wired from the tren and test-suspension combo. Insane motivation!! :fool2:

How are you dosing the two? Pinning together? Bilateral? Pin size? Are they both oils? How long before your workout? When do you normally workout? I'm asking that bc I'm wondering if the sleeping problem could be diminished if you pinned and worked out first thing in the morning. Would this give it enough time to get out of your system enough to sleep a little better?
I'm very interested in this combo. I think if you put test prop and masteron prop in the mix and ran that for 8 weeks you would have hulk juice on your hands. This is my next cycle if I can talk myself into it.....:) I'll need a lot of test suspension and I'm thinking a lower dose of the tren, maybe only 25 or 50.
