Went out for some smoked meat, as it was late and I knew the place was open 24 hours...

I had Sausages on the bbq the next day, ate plenty of ice cream and they brought me a Fiero Rochet cake!!

I tell you what happens I eat then fall asleep. Every time I eat I can't keep my eyes open...Happens every time till I get adjusted to eating normally again. I have to be over 205 for sure.

Oh they will let me but I will not be sponsored by them. Few are picked for that honor. The only way I would go is if I was sponsored like plane ticket and hotel... It costs enough to compete I can't take on these kinds of expenses on top of that.

Well I am completely baked, all I can do is eat and sleep. I guess I am having some withdrawl from all the stims and supps I was using, plus it's unbelievably hot here all of a sudden. I just have no energy and I am sleeping all the time. Hopefully I will pull out of it soon.

Another thing that happens is when you return to regular eating it has a tendancy to make you sleepy for a while. I experienced this before, this time it seems a bit worse though, mainly due to a combination of things.

I could imagine a prolonged diet like that will so many stims keeping you going will have some withdrawl issues. Feel better and looking forward to what direction you head in next DW.

Yah that's the scenario I have been refering to. I will ease back into it, just some light lifting the first week back.

Well my plan is to stay between 215 and 220, so it's likely going to be a recomp type diet and I will remain lean as possible. It will probably involve around 3 hours cardio per week. Diet will average around 3000 calories, will be a macro cycle. 1 high 4 medium and 2 low days should do it. Still have to work out all the details.

Watch out been there before... WHOAH NELLIE!!!!!!!! Back of the BIA train. Where di the jealousy and insecurity come from all the sudden. Man when you start getting nice and buff you have to double your attentions on her to keep her from having that self esteem crash.
