Chest/ light leg
Started with incline dumbell flyes for 15 reps then stood and did 15 dumbell deadlifts for 4 sets.
Then we did cable flyes for 15 reps at 40lbs with 20 pop squats for 4 sets.
Then we did pec deck for 10 reps with standing lunges at 10 per leg for 4 sets.
Then we did the flat barbell bench with the leg lift incorporated to meet the bar as you go up at 65lbs for 10 reps and 4 sets.
Then we did 15 reg push ups with 50 mountain climbers...all in all an easy night.
