on a side note, last friday before I left for camping I needed to make my mortgage payment which I make online before or on the 15th, I accessed the site and could not make the payment it said loan payment is disabled, I search for a customer service 800 and called 5 different numbers only getting busy signals or run around to nowhere menus, I finally said fack it I need to leave now!
Today I found out they were taken over by the feds and now are under BofA, I dont like it already!


Anyone care to join my football pick'em league, this should be fun and its very easy to play!

i had the same thing happen buddy. I was hoping they would tell me that they discovered I had been cheated, and were hereby cancelling all future morgage payments, and refunding all previous payments. Then they would give me money to compensate me for their incompetent behavior. But it didnt happen. Oh well.:happysad:

that's a bit scary. better now than a few years from now though :)
yup... for some reason I hate BofA and this is the second time this year I'm being pushed into that company, first with a CC and now this, yuck!!

Narrative:
Getting back in the gym the day after camping was no easy task, at times I was asking myself "what am I doing here again?" but once my pump kicked in I got focused and none of the camping stuff mattered.

I kept my lift numbers as before, I didn't want to go too hard since I did not get adequate rest over the weekend, just trying to avoid injuries.

Later that evening I noticed some dark veins in my right arm, I'm not a vascular person at all so seeing this was exciting, its not popping out of my skin or anything but it looks like it could ;)

Awesome work! My weight gain has been higher, but it is fluctuating a little between 8 - 10lbs gain so far. I still have a little over a week left. I am still debating on adding M-Drol for 2 weeks to really push it over the top. Any sides? Besides acne I have had 0 sides so far which is sweet!

so far so good I've had no side what so ever, not even acne for the exception of a couple of pimples on my shoulders but those come and go all the time.

I'm only a little over 2 weeks in so my weight still has room to grow, thats interesting what you're saying about the m-drol, b/c I have a bottle sitting around and though of using it, i wish I would have bridge in the beginning. Are you planning to taking it?

you came to the right forum to get good help, listen to Big Iron he's a veteran here...

first off this is not just any supplement, although this product calls for an easy protocol and 2nd gear included do more research on this forum and know what you're getting into, when you're ready post some questions and I'll bet you, you'll get lots of help.

how come people with one year of training that have never tried anything besides the basics decide to buy steroids? argh...

back to your log DF... talk to me about your deadlifts. 10x65's. is that 65 on each side of an olympic, or are you doing suitcase deads?

oh, and congrats on the veinage :) that's always a cool thing to note.

I'm just looking for information on NEW things and I did NOT know that this was a steroid which it is??

I am sorry for posting in YOUR log sir but I come from other forums that HATE people that dont search and then I saw your log and decided that it would be smarter to just post in a thread that was dedicated to pros and cons of the supp that I was interested in.

I will post in the supp forum to get some good tips on DIFFERENT supps that I should look into but for now I thank you for the info guys.

ps: I also read through most of the threads that you have put up about the "One." So I am covered in that aspect...thanks.

its a common problem with people who want more, is to jump on steroids instead of looking at other things that may be failing them - diet/routine, or a lack of trying other supplements first. i'm not instigating anything, nor is that my style. welcome to AM :)

Don't get me wrong, I am really happy with the progress I am making from The One and I feel like the size gain is real. I have 19 M-Drol pills left and think 1 week at 10mg followed by 6 days at 20 days would finish this run up in style. My blood pressure, shut down, acne, anger, etc have been normal on this cycle which is awesome.

My thoughts was to run 10mg my final week of The One at 4 caps per day and then finish up with M-Drol only for the last 6 days. I have Tamox, 2nd Gear, Drive, Powerfull, Anabolic Pump, and VAT Attack currently in my PCT plan so I feel I have all the bases covered.

Do you think it it being too greedy and I should be happy with gains? I don't plan to run another cycle this year so I should have plenty of time to recover and focus on keeping my gains/leaning up.

those deadlifts are with 65lbs on each side, I was going heavier at the end of my last cycle but I'm not ready to jump much higher right now, unless i switch my routine a bit maybe that what i should do to get my back ready.. i start off doing Hyperextensions then deadlifts... I suppose I could warm up on the machine first!

yeah, those veinage are great.. its a great feeling to start seeing them finally coming up through the skin :fing02:

I'm not the most experienced user to give out advice but if you're doing a 4 week cycle and have that left over sitting around I would consider bridging in it and extend that cycle, you already got your pct in hand and ready... I'd shot for it! maybe others can chime in on this!

Seems people are extremelly tempermental in this sort of place I might just stay at TP where people are a little more mellow as opposed to my 3 posts over here.

And if you're referring to me as, "a douche," then you clearly are ill-guided. And yes, in several The One threads, it states that the compund in question is of PH/DS (steroidal) base. things are going well bro, I had a killer leg workout today... my updates are one day behind b/c been too busy plus some other sh!t going on, other than that, yeah I've been moving up the weights slow this time around just been cautions about this tendonitis but now that I think about it, its off my mind completely. Like on my previous cycle after week 2 I started pushing really hard, I'm just about ready.

I should prepare some pics over the weekend, I'll see!

Like on my previous cycle after week 2 I started pushing really hard, I'm just about ready...

Narrative:
This was a good workout, I tried to finish in around an hour and almost did it, towards the end when doing the BB Lunges I needed more resting time, I moved the weigh up on my hack squat and could have gone higher, doing the leg extensions in the beginning is a good way to get started and warm up my legs.

Leg presses I did 5 sets of 15 and 2 sets at max weight for a total of 30 reps at almost 600lbs, I should higher next time since I still had some breath left :)

Through out the day I did not even feel like i worked out my legs, I'm very amazed by the recovery on this TO, or maybe I'm not pushing myself hard enough, that might be the case, I need to start moving up the weight on all my lifts from here on out!

Weight was a little down this morning and bp was up, not a good combo maybe it will not last.

I was on the road to work this morning when I remembered that I completely forgot to take my TO this morning! :think: I should take 4 of them tomorrow morning!

Still very impressed by recovery my legs were back to normal yesterday and today no soreness at tall


Body composition: noticing changes here
Increased vascularity: none today, not as much as when I workout arms
Increased strength: my strength is noticeably up
Mood-enhancing effect: mood has been uplifted
Overall hardening effect to physique: effect on physique is becoming noticeable, hardening not yet

My recovery was excellent on TO df, Im sure your pushing yourself hard enough. I felt extra swole pretty much all the time, I loved it.

Narrative:
Today was a great day, not only did I hit a new hight on weight while still maintaining the starting bf% today I was really focused, pushed hard and my arm did not bother me in the process. I'm stoked about that :afro:

Last night I had a good feeling about todays workout, I kept tossing and turning from 12am, I really felt something good was coming.

I realized something that was missing that really lights my fire in the gym, I used to keep a training log in my previous cycle, in it I'd log all my lifts and weight then tally the total poundage for the day and week and I would always try harder the next time, this method really provides me with motivation to keep pushing, that proved true today I got 10 exercises done in just a little over an hour!
This weekend I will find that spreadsheet and update it with this weeks lifs so next week I can higher

Tomorrow I'm going in and do chest and tris while keeping that log in mind and keeping my rest periods to 1 min or less, I will have to attend a training class all day and will have limited internet access through the day, I'll make my update once I get home.

This weekend I'm going to an Indy car race in Sonoma, up near you Sunny, let me know if you're going to that race!

I have never been much for logging my lifts in a book, I did it when I was running DC, it is a great motivator though.

By the way, I am on Day 2 of M-Drol at 10mg with 4 caps of The One. So far, life is good!

I have never been much for logging my lifts in a book, I did it when I was running DC, it is a great motivator though.
I never tried DC but I found out that keeping a training log is a great idea and a good way to get you passed plautoes.

It should be fun but i hope its not too hot there or I'll be BBQ on Sunday, on a sad note my race partner had to back out b/c his dad is not doing well and might not make it through the weekend, a few other folks could not make it either so I'll be going with my wife, I just have to be careful with my wondering eyes! :147:

Narrative:
Todays training was superb, I was able to get all my exercises done in a little over an hour, strength is kicking in again, my arm has healed to the point where I can dig deep searching for another rep and another rep, for now I stay away from DD but soon I'll pick them up again, I'm getting on track now.

Weight has remain near the high I'm happy about that, I'm noticing some chances in the mirror too, my triceps are getting full and have a square look from the back side plus showing some definition which is nice.

Diet wise today my numbers seem low but I had a breakfast snack and lunch during training but don't know how to account for it.

Tomorrow is my rest day, I should try and do cardio, I dont like how my bp has been raising in the lst couple of days

Mood-enhancing effect: so, so, been dealing with some relationship issues, outcome not yet clear, hopping for the best!
Overall hardening effect to physique: noticing hardening on some body parts

kep an eye on the BP home slice..., i like those super sets man, your killing those ab's.. which is always a good thing...cant wait for the end result...... tell me , what is the one thing that really stands out to you with the One?
